“Delivery to the UK is dreadful so bear that in mind. Customer service is horrendous and extremely complicated to use. - UPDATE- I was contacted by the company and immediately sorted and rectified. This is Customer Service Supervisor from Lightinthebox. I would like to help. We are afraid that you might misunderstand the actual shipping time. Your order was shipped via two packages on Dec. 4th. One was delivered on Dec. 18th and another one was delivered on Jan. 2nd. So the shipping time was not 2 months. However, we realized the shipping time was more than promised. Please be noted December is always a peak shipping season. All shipping companies are overloaded by packages due to the busy holiday season. So they require longer time than before to deal with all the packages. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this shipping delay.
