“First time using lightInTheBox, after I purchased the items, I read some of the reviews, I was really apprehensive as some of the reviews were awful. I Ordered a dress, jumper and cardigan. Really delighted with all 3 items. The only thing I have a issue with is I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for the items to be delivered, in fairness it did say I would have to wait that time.”

“I ordered 6 ladies blouse/tops. They looked so lovely on line and thought they would suit my A line figure as the were shaped wider at the hem. What a disappointment. The illustrated tops were nothing like the ones shown. They were not shaped, just straight down from under arm with no flair and consequently they didn’t fit over my hips. I contacted the company but have heard nothing and no refund. I will never ever buy from them again”

“I ordered a dress from Light in the Box for an event I will be attending in June, it arrived within 2 weeks Im very happy with it , I had to iron it but after a couple of weeks in transit I expected that, theres quite a few items I like on the site and I will be ordering again!”

“I have been using Light in the Box now for several years. At first I was sceptical and I thought I would be scammed and stitched up. How wrong was I. I have made many transactions over the years and I have not been disappointed yet. I have had to send one item back in all this time and that was a coat. There was no messing about and the coat was exchanged with no fuss at all. Overall very happy with Light in the Box.”

“Quality and sizing are great and are as described on the website. I’ve already ordered another 6 items after receiving my first order recently. The only negative was the time scale of receiving my order not that it was late but that 2 weeks is long but totally expected due to it being an international order. Many thanks”
