“Although generally happy, my last purchase of a pair of cycling gloves were torn on arrival. Their return/ refund policy and photo upload process needs improving, but the problem has now been rectified and monies are going to be refunded back to me in due course.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!! I bought two items and wanted to return the 2nd as it was nothing like in the advertised picture. They asked me to send pictures, which I did, they kept on saying they couldn’t download then. Then I was offered a discount on another item if I kept the unwanted item?!?! I have emailed them 8 times to ask for the returns address, but they won’t give it to me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!”

“Buyer beware. First and last time I will buy from this company. I knew I was buying from a Chinese based company and the wait for my goods to be delivered wasn't too bad. The issue I have with this company is that they make it extremely difficult to return or exchange goods, I believe this is a deliberate ploy to stop consumers returning or exchanging their goods, To find how to return goods on their website is a minefield to navigate, when you do eventually find what to do you are required to take photos of your merchandise, no chance, your photos will not download!!!!! I believe their trading practices need investigating, on a different note their men's clothes sizes are a joke their xxxl is a British medium size so I assume they're inundated with return requests hence why they make it difficult to return or exchange goods.”
