“Ordered something in may they sent email saying it’s been delivered but it has not . Can’t seem to get a reply from 2 emails have sent , so annoying will never use again, but I am not letting them away with this .”

“After a struggle was able to reach them for return. Ordered a coat for my Daughters wedding. Was exactly what I wanted but they sent small instead of medium Now to try figure out the policy to return and get a refund I searched for the customer service number and finally found one in google about their customer service toll free number which is (+1 EIGHT ONE SIX FIVE FOUR EIGHT TWO EIGHT EIGHT ZERO) after calling that number one of their representative answered the call, he guided me some steps and after waiting for 20 mins I got my refund.at first I thought whether they will really help me or it’s a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed as I have really received my refund from them I can only say in all my years I have never purchased such poor quality and workmanship”

“Hi All, regrettably I had not read the reviews before I ordered in March. The dress I ordered arrived and was just about ok quality wise, even though one of the seams was faulty, but was about 2 sizes too small. I ordered a Uk size 12 but it was no where near. I asked to return it but was told it was made to order! My order no. 200318093614563, ticket no. 20718459 & tracking number GV287757882GB. I sent photos as requested to silvia2_remote @ lightinthebox.com. So everything done as requested. Buyer beware if you want something as there is a hidden icon to advise made to order. I would not not advise anyone to purchase clothing from them, as I have learnt a lesson costing £110. I will be trying to get advice from web site specialists of my aquaintance to see if anything can be done about this Site. Good luck you you all. Gill”

“I wouldnt say I'm happy.. I finally did receive the masks I ordered , but they told me 4-7 business days to receive my order...Well it's been 3weeks and It finally showed up at my door.. Arrived in good condition.. Absolutely NO tracking info at any point although they say you can.. No carrier info, nothing.. In fact, there is no way to contact them to inquire.. Never will I use them again.. it's not worth the headache.. Good luck if you've placed an order..”

“Don’t buy from this company. Customer service is atrocious. Paid for “expedited delivery” and still nothing here and my previous ticket requests and replies are no longer in my account. Should have waited for Amazon much more reliable. Save your self some time and money and avoid this company at all costs”
