“I recently bought a pair of white lacy sandals. They were perfect to go with my wedding outfit. The size was just right. The delivery was on the date advised. I was therefore very happy with the purchase However I would have appreciated an enail to confirm the order and one to confirm the delivery. Raywyn Law”

“Some great stuff available - the ordering process could be a little more transparent if i purchase an item i would like to see the maximum delivery time including processing - it can feel misleading when it states pay extra for quick delivery only to then be presented with 14 day processing time. You only really realise this after you have already made the payment.”

“I ordered a phone wallet for my phone. They sent me a phone wallet for a different phone. I was told that I had to return the product to China at my own expense but that this could be expensive for me. They suggested that I should consider taking a 10 % refund instead and keeping the wrong product. Lots of back and forth and still no positive result. Its not a lot of money but as a matter of principal.”

“Ordered 4 shirts which arrived in reasonable time...However major issue with wrong size being sent...Trying to return these and gain full refund is impossible as it's going to cost the same again PLUS customs charges to send them back to China, despite marking parcel as RETURN CARGO....Its cheaper to lose £54.00 than to pay additional taxes. SHOCKING COMPANY, THE SHIRTS WILL BE BURNED, WATCH OUT FOR UPLOADED VIDEO TO TIKTOK @gdhboorach”

“VERY DISAPPOINTING experience. The picture of the product they sell is very attractive and has a fancy bracket which is not on the item that they send, it is nowhere near as nice as the picture. They don’t respond to (polite) emails requesting help. My plumber said very bad quality and won’t last long. Beware of this cheap and deceitful company.”
