“I placed my order on the 15th of November, it wasn't dispatched until the 26th. I emailed you at the beginning of December asking where my purchase was as you claimed at the time of purchase that the expected arrival should be 2 weeks. You claimed that it was the uk postal strikes were to blame even though it hadn't arrived in the UK. It eventually arrived on the 15th of December. 32 days for delivery is terrible. It had nothing to do with any strike as according to the tracking it took two days to be arrive once they received it.”
