“I enjoy looking at the items on the Light in the Box website. Quite a lot of them are also on other web sites, so I'm careful to campare prices before making any purchases. I find the photos and illustrations very bad at portraying what things really look like so I won't buy anything that hasn't got a clear up to date photo. Most of the things I've bought have been good but I have run into difficulties when I've been dissappointed and want to return items for a refund.”

“I find Lightin the box to have a great selection of clothing which is the area the I usually purchase. Also your delivery is quick and on time. There was one time when my order was delayed but you kept me informed of the arrival date regularly which I very much appreciated.
