“I bought paintings on light in the box . All paintings on site look like the were painted by a professional artist, the paintings you receive look like they were done by colour blind 4 year old children, absolutely no detail and some a totally different and PAYPAL are no help . They tell you to send the product back to China and you might get a refund but you will be out money for postage and probably the tax on top of the product you paid . Light in the box is a SCAM Site I don’t know how they are legally allowed to do what they do and how this is not false advertising.”

“1. Ordered phone case, paid extra to come within 7 days. 2. Received a watch strap around 14 days later. 3. Contacted PayPal for a full refund. 4. Around 21 days later Lite in the Box tell me to send back the watch strap. 5. Sending it back will cost.money and I'm not guaranteed the full amount. PayPal is not a guarantee of a happy outcome. Lite in the Box is a scam company.”

“Good jacket but cheap zipper as it broke after only a week, don't want to send it back as it will take time and money not to worth it if you live in UK. Sorry”

“This is , in the main , a reliable platform . Orders are shipped promptly and efficiently. Refunds dealt with promptly as well . Replacement goods can be difficult to sort out with a preference to refund rather than replace . Sizing can also be a problem for Europeans ordering from China”

“A Top, Top Transaction! I usually shy away from buying from out of Asia due to clothing size issues in the past as I am a tall gent, but this order was spot on! I bought three items all in XXL: Cycling/jogging bottoms, a jogging top, and jogging socks, and all came through in a single package. Usually, I'm prepared to wait for a few months if necessary, for overseas transactions, but these arrived around three weeks in, and considering the pandemic I think that's impressive. The Website: Was a breeze to navigate with detailed, clear photos of each item and several links showing alternatives. What started out as a few moments of viewing soon became a full morning online shopping for jogging clobber. Check Out: Was simple and transparent and even when I made a few errors were able to rectify that without issue. Postage: Was included and tracking was clear throughout the parcel's journey into Cornwall, England. I'm always Pleased when able to leave a positive review and this is one of them!
