“Used to find site very good, I purchased a suit which was to small and poor quality materials, I wanted to return item to supplier, got a small refund Lightin The box seemed more interested in keeping the supplier happy not the customer. I was a good customer spent a lot of money, I'm now forcing myself not to buy from this company. Regards.”

“I ordered some small bottle lights from Light in the Box and was very pleased with how quickly they arrived, I have normally had to wait much longer than a couple of weeks for my purchases to arrive. I'm very pleased with the lights. The colours are very bright and pretty, much better than I expected, and I'm excited to set them up in some special bottles I have found, to decorate our new home.”

“Dont bother when I ordered I didnt even realize it's based in china ......sizes are not the same as uk really hard to return they off a partial offer to keep the item and dont refund ...so dont waste your time and money”

“My son ordered a top, it hasn't ever arrived. We checked the tracking as that stated that they couldn't find our address. I have absolutely no idea why,, tried persistanly to contact them. They HAVEN'T EVER replied,, don't know how to get my 8 year old son's money back. We are absolutely furious.”

“Good quality tee shirts in bright colours and fantastic designs, unusual 3D pictures printed onto hoodies in very clear graphics, great pricing, delivered directly from China. It taking a little longer than usual for the items to arrive due to delays caused by Covid-19, however they are worth waiting for.”

“I received my car dash cam and was very happy with it. I put it into my car a few days after I received it and I’m extremely happy with it. Great picture and all round It’s a very good dash cam. It looks great as well the only problem I see with it is that that power point is on the side instead of the top but that’s it’s only fault Having said that it’s an all round great dash cam.”

“Excellent communication and excellent quality product. I was sceptical at first as item was over the 30 euro mark with postage. But it was well worth it in the end. Despite the pandemic and delays my item arrived safely in a few weeks. Top class.”
