“After only one purchase, LightInTheBox appear to be a company you can trust. I ordered True Wireless Earphones from them. The quality is great, the battery charge lasts ages and they were not expensive. Yes, they took about 10 days to arrive, but they were sent from China. Most of all was the communication, they give you regular updates and if you download the APP, you can collect points to exchange for cash towards your next purchase. Absolutely Delighted”

“My order never shipped. lightbox took payment off me nearly 2 months ago and has never posted my order and it's now passed the shipment due date. The customer service is awful and I would recommend NEVER buying from here unless you want to be scammed out of your money. TERRIBLE experience, use any other shop than lightbox, as the service is completely unreliable and unprofessional and you'll be left waiting for weeks and weeks- I'm still waiting for my order with no update as to why it's late. To me it was a lot of money but lightinthebox don't seem to be concerned about processing orders as much as they are about taking your money and then doing nothing to send you your order. Be very careful ordering from here. I buy online all the time off similar websites and never have had such a bad experience. Dodgy selling website. Would not use again and would recommend going somewhere else if you want your order to ever turn up.”

“The designs are delightful! But... The guide to sizes is insufficient S M L need measurements too - I bought 3 items in Medium: One is spacious, one is a good fit One is skin tight and not wearable for me, being 6 inches less wide!”

“I am very impressed with the range of outdoor clothing, especially waterproof winter walking trousers which I have purchased. They arrived in good time, considering the distance/shipping. “I love browsing through LightInTheBox. Some of the products are really good quality at really low prices. Shipping is explained and items usually arrive within the specified timeframe. However, I do not understand the points & rewards system. It seems you can only claim one irrespective of the order value. I'll keep using & see how it goes. Overall, good site & would recommend to friends.”

“Customer service gets back to you quickly and the site has a good range of products, I would recommend double checking sizings though as some are difficult to understand (most of the sizing is not uk or us as product are manufactured in China)”

“I received my order weeks after it ha been paid for. The quality was awful. The items were nothing as like what they showed on the photos. I tried to return. The return address is only in China. Needless to say, no refund yet. The customer service replies straight away only to tell you that more procedures need to be done. I shall never use that site again. Totally awful experience.”
