“My order never arrived. I waited 4 months!! I paid the 20 € in the hope that it would.....cannot reach anyone to speak to . Complete scam. Don't go there. Thank goodness my bill was only 20€.”

“Avoid this company! Appalling service and they DON'T give refunds! I ordered a dress which arrived in a larger size than originally stated, I have been trying to get a refund for days, they are ignoring me!”

“This is perhaps the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I ordered three items, which took three weeks to deliver. When the items arrived, they were the wrong size and colour. In addition the material was not what was advertised. To return the items is very hard as difficult to negotiate the returns request form. I initially had a response and request to send a photo of the item with the bar code. This I did but since then complete radio silence. I would avoid this company, they are happy to take your money but refuse to reimburse. Totally untrustworthy.”

“Very happy with my purchases from LightInTheBox. I found shopping on line very easy - a great variety of items - spoilt for choice comes to mind. Great of you’re looking for something ‘different’ and not overly expensive. I would most definitely recommend to friends etc. I like that I was kept informed of order and delivery via email.”

“Avoid this company. No acknowledgement if you attempt to return items on their online system. If you send things back to their UK returns address on the parcel they lie saying they don't use that address then later admint it's their UK Courier.”

“This is my second review . All was good bearing in mind the situation worldwide. Plenty of notifications on the movement of my parcel. The downside is that these notifications continue even though the product arrived a while ago. That needs sorting . Regards”

“The goods are exactly as seen on line, which is very appreciated as more often than not, I have been disappointed & had passed the date of returning goods as I might not have opened them straight away & have lost a lot of money because I then could not use the goods. But with this site, not disappointed at all !!!”

“Avoid at all costs!!!!! Bought the wife a dress believed it was coming from the UK took three weeks to get here….from China. Didn’t fit her so asked for refund, they said I’d have to post it back to mainland China which would be expensive so they wanted me to right it off, robbing gits leave well alone, I’ve reported them to PayPal, and the treading standards…”

“Online shopping is very helpful. Verity of goods are in Online shopping. And the cost is comparatively less between normal shopping. And wide choosing options , for shopping so many Online platform .so Online shopping is really good.
