Light in the box is a refreshingly new platform to me to buy things maybe not on the market here in the UK through the usual channels the search engine seems to work well I will use light in the box regularly.. 👍

I Just want to thank you guys, I was just about to order for first time when I decided to check them out. I’m so pleased I did. Thanks to your reviews/ warnings I’m not going to bother but sorry to learn that you guys have had to learn the hard way 🙁

I ordered two fascinators and they arrived in the time frame expected but, unfortunately, only packed in a plastic bag, and Royal Mail managed to squeeze it through the letter box! They are not looking good at the moment but I'm hoping they may spring back into a better shape in a day or two!

These products are fragile, so these products are supposed to be packed with sufficient protection. If these were delivered in bad condition, then we will take full responsibility. I purchased an outfit for my daughters wedding. The product arrived and I was devastated. The pants were three sizes too big and the top was two sizes too small. I performed the measurements and followed all procedures to return and the only response were emails saying this was custom made and could not be returned. I did not send measurements but ordered a size they had available so this was not custom made. They are misleading, very hard to deal with and led me to believe that my item could be returned. I contacted them immediately with my issues. The quality was also very poor. The outfit was very expensive and I am so sorry I did not read reviews on this company before I purchased. I will never purchase anything from this company again. BUYER BEWARE! IF I COULD CHECK 0 STARS I Would.

The worst company ever. I have my wedding and for more than one month the flower girl is still at shipment not even arrived at my country. The customer service is so bad. They keep closing my ticket and saying wait wait be patient The told me end of next month it will come then will investigate Terrible service. Last time I shall ever use them.
