Shirts are sized very skimpy and bear no resemblance to the actual cut for the size I ordered. Returns are a joke. You have to ship it back to China at your own expense.

Bought some trousers quality was terrible had to pay half of what they cost on postage to return them. I am still waiting for my re fund they have sat in Chinese customs for over a month. Terrible scam do not use this site!

I have placed lots of orders with this company recently and am very pleased with all the products that I have received., very good quality. Great prices., and all the garments and clothing are always a perfect fit. On a scale of 1 to 5 LightinTheBox is a definite 5.

My return parcel has arrived in China for nearly a month with China custom, the post office has asked a few times to call the receipt to contact China custom due to the delivery ia being held by them....i have contacted company's customer service for more than 5 times, just nobody reply me saying how to solve this issue, I guess they just don't want to refund me as their promise...very disappointed their service....never suggest anybody to buy their any products....waste of time waste of money

Light in the box is a refreshingly new platform to me to buy things maybe not on the market here in the UK through the usual channels the search engine seems to work well I will use light in the box regularly.. šŸ‘

I ordered two fascinators and they arrived in the time frame expected but, unfortunately, only packed in a plastic bag, and Royal Mail managed to squeeze it through the letter box! They are not looking good at the moment but I'm hoping they may spring back into a better shape in a day or two!

These products are fragile, so these products are supposed to be packed with sufficient protection. If these were delivered in bad condition, then we will take full responsibility.
