“Clothes are a beautiful colour and crumple free for travelling. I have bought several tops, dresses and bottoms. I love them. You have to be careful with sizing so read the information carefully to make sure you get the right size for you. The sizing is not uniform but you are told that in the descriptions. I would urge anyone who is not sure because of the price to consider buying. They do not take long to come and are packed well. I highly recommend them.”

“Light in a Box is a new company for me. I have so far purchased a casual dress and a cotton blouse. Both are true to size and for the cost, they are amazing. I love them both very much. They were delivered very quickly which isn't something many companies are unable to do. The items were both packed very well and after hanging for an hour or so, all creases that were as a result of being packed had fallen out. I cannot praise Light in the Box highly enough, in fact I'm so pleased I am just placing another order. Thank you Light in the Box!”

“Items arrived very promptly. Issue with one item supplier couldn’t fulfill order refund was issued immediately. When order arrived one item was poor quality and fit. Again solution provided by supplier put forward and problem resolved.”

“I purchased two dresses and sadly, one dresses looked nothing like what was advertised. I contacted them to return this, and under the consumer rights 2015 Act I am owed a full refund and the burden of the postage cost is on the retailer. However, LightIn The Box, wants me to pay to return a product falsely advertised. I will never buy from them again, and neither should anyone else! I want my money back and if not show you they are thieves that provide poor quality products! I would give ZERO if it was possible! I will be seeking advice as you are registered to operate in the UK !”
