“Everything went wrong, charged £175 tax, this was not made clear when ordered. The dresses arrived, very bad quality, look different from pictures, colour and material looks different, I ordered these dresses in a standard size NOT made to measure, I asked for a returns label and was refused, told I could not return any of these dresses. I am very disappointed with the no customer services, no contact number and take days to reply by email”

“I ordered a beautiful looking dress on small size, I am a standard size 10 but the dress was much too jig for me. I have been trying to return it for a full refund and got nowhere except alternative offers to keep it or send it back to Asia!”

“I purchased clothing from LightInTheBox years ago but could not get the sizing correct. Now years later, i saw a shirt i really liked advertised on Facebook , so i did an image search and bingo, found the exact same shirt on LITB at half the price, but i wasnt convinced it would be the same quality, but i bought it. OMG, how LightInTheBox has improved, i am so impressed. From placing my order rite up to delivery, everything was above expectation and my beautiful shirt was delivered in just a week, WoW.. Now thats what i call a well organised system. Well done to all at LITB.. Finally.. The shirt is stunning, sizing was just perfect, and the quality is first class. So guess what.. I was back ordering more.. Spoilt for choice as well. Im back to stay... 10/10.. Every box ticked ✅”

“Clothes are lovely & very good value but you need to really look at their sizing chart as everything is smaller than other sites & postage works out expensive to return anything.”

“Both dresses I’ve bought are wonderful however the size 8 dress fitted better than the custom made dress. Both colours are amazing exactly like the photos however don’t get anything custom just get a normal size as it will come faster and then if it needs to be fitted get that done. 10/10 for colour and looks 6/10 for fit”

“I have ordered 3 dresses, the delivery was a little long but nothing compared to the disappointment when I started to look at the dresses. All of them were made of very poor quality fabric, one had a broken zip, another one which was supposed to have a long tulle skirt had the inner skirt so short that it didn't even cover my underwear. The colours of one of the dresses weren't even shown on the website. I have contacted the customer service to return the items, and they are making things so difficult requesting pictures and descriptions and all the kinds of questions that make me feel ashamed because they are assuming that my body size is not correct asking me to check my dimensions and send them to them in pictures!!!! This has never happened to me before on any other website I have used. We should be free to buy a dress, try it and if it doesn't fit, just be able to return without all this harassment.”

“The website was easy to navigate and one of the items I bought was excellent. However, trying to return the other is proving very difficult. I need a return label which they are not sending me. I have completed the questions they sent and it said two days before I would have a response, that was well over a week ago.”
