“I am very disappointed as LightintheBox has not sent me a return label for poor-quality clothing or replaced the items for me. They have me $30 but i have paid in english pounds and have not asked for a refund just to exchange and return poor items.”

“Good quality shoes in a unique style. Excellent choice of products on website, but don't expect quick delivery. However tracking kept me informed of progress. Customer service were really great.”

“The prints of the t-shirts are as awesome as the material.The colours are as strong as in the pictures.The material feels cool on the skin when worn in the sun, dries very quickly but moreover it does not lose any drop of colour when washed as instructed.I have 7 so far and each is equally good in colour and quality.I will certainly order more.”

“scam company. a unauthorised purchase was done on my account. they didn't take it seriously by offering discount. I refused and requested my full refund. they ignored my reply. my bank is going through a dispute to get my money back. I cancelled the processing before it was sent and they still took money out of my account. their policy states full refund within 24 hours but they're trying to ignore my response to try get away with it. please report them for fraud scam company if this has happened to you.”

“The delivery is good to say it is from China and there was no further duty to pay if you take out the added insurance at the point of purchase. The designs are something quite different from the UK market usual stuff, so pleased about that but if the quality was a slightly more improved and at a slightly higher price it would still be a good value for money product”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY A SCAM!!! I received my item after weeks and also after I received an email to say my payment hadn’t gone through. I had reordered through another site as it was a present then my item arrived from light in the box. I have been trying to return it for weeks!! They have now told me it will cost $ 40.00 to return . They have also stated they don’t accept returns from a list of the usual couriers who would be delivering. An absolute scam Do NOT BUT FRIM THIS COMPANY!!!”

“This is a scam. I purchase four dresses totalling 76.75. I received the package after weeks and weeks waiting and it was the wrong size. I emailed the company and mention wrong size and want to return. I was told it was in China but was NEVER given an address so I shipped the items to the sender cost 14.75. They re-lable the package and said it was pending due to payment. You dont mail package unless its paid for. I have online shop previously but this service sucks. DO NOT RECOMMEND. SCAM SCAM..”
