“The product that arrives is Not At All the same as the picture. Different fabric, different buttons, cheap quality, terrible stitching! In addition, I had to pay $109 import duty. Return was made impractical as it would cost me another $104, totalling just short of the purchase price and nullifying the whole point of a return. This is unethical business practice!”

“The material of the product is misrepresented in the pictures, this is cheap and poor quality, don’t be fooled. Return process is even worse, they make it extremely difficult to get anything done, I still haven’t resolved mine.”

“Good Value for Money. And a Good Catalogue in the App. Unfortunately We have different sizes in UK 🇬🇧. Returns can be quite expensive. I recommend one size bigger when ordering.”

“I am very disappointed as LightintheBox has not sent me a return label for poor-quality clothing or replaced the items for me. They have me $30 but i have paid in english pounds and have not asked for a refund just to exchange and return poor items.”

“Good quality shoes in a unique style. Excellent choice of products on website, but don't expect quick delivery. However tracking kept me informed of progress. Customer service were really great.”
