Awful and a scam. Stay away from light in a box. Never got product and their customer service is passive aggressive.

This has been the worst experience my mom has had with this company. She purchased a dress that was little over 300 dollars and the dress came in defective. The website and app do not let you return anything until they process the request for return first. You only have 7 days. We are going into 6 days now begging for address to return the defective expensive dress for refund and nobody is helping us out. They give you 3 options to pick from and every time you say you want to return it gets ignored. Even after filing the complaint the customer service supervisor gives you option of keeping the dress or returning, she said as soon as you choose they will process your request and when we choose the option to return she never responded back. It has been 4 days now since we last heard from anyone. We have never ever had so many problems trying to get the money back for something they sent us defective. I suggest stay far away from this company. It has been a nightmare and worst experience in the world and the worst thing is they take advantage of people and they ignore you. They drag your request on until you no longer are left with any days to return. What company only gives you 7 days and they never respond to you. It is sad that they treat their customers like that.

I have never been so disappointed with an online order as I am with the three dresses I received from you. Lesson learned.

Poorly fitting. Return policy a fix , you will always be out of pocket. Never buy from them again. Don’t touch this site.

Product sizing way off what it should be and was then told I had to pay the cost to return the shirt to China from England. Shirt ordered was Large but in reality it was more like Extra small!!

Estimated delivery for orders was 7-10 days. It took a whole week to simply process my order, and I am now three weeks out from the date that I have ordered and my product is still on the other side of the world. Customer service is horrific, avoid ordering with this company.

I am trying to get my money back from you on a order i placed and you said you never received my order but you took my money out of my account so how did yhat happen if there was no order placed and i hsve send you various e -mails. I yhink you are a scam

I've ordered a wedding hat, paid and all, it's a few days ago now. I haven't received any confirmation of the order or the status of my order, but my money has been deducted. I wonder if this is a scam.

i received two tops in XL that were small enough to fit my 5 year old daughter. I am thin.. but even I couldn't fit in the tops. not to mention that they are VERY VERY cheaply made. so much that the seams are pulling apart before even trying it on. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM .

The size was not even close to accurate. The quality of the fabric and dye was terrible. Shipping costs are so high. I threw the skirt away and counted this purchase as a lesson learned.

The T-shirt’s I ordered were most certainly not the shirts on your website. The T-shirt’s I received had sleeves that were do disproportionate that I need to wear a shirt under this shirt, otherwise my entire bra/“side breast” is completely exposed. These shirts are not wearable and will be taken to Goodwill. This website is a bait and switch website. The clothing you think you’re getting is absolutely not the merchandise you receive! The original order does not mention its coming from China. Buyer beware!!! I’m out $100. Lesson learned. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

LughtingtTheBox is a huge scam. Ripped blouses with crooked buttons were shipped. The problem with sending back the wrong items, the possibility of sending back the items to China only for a fee and these are huge costs. If you want to return the goods, you must send them to China at your own expense. And so, it is not known whether it will arrive or the package will not be lost, or they will mock that they have not received it or that it will be damaged with the package, and it is the courier's fault. I lost my money(€120). Avoid a wide berth !!!

Got delivery. All screwed up utter rubbish arrived and went straight in the bin. Always check were items are coming from. If its China don't waste your money! They only accept return by DHL which would have cost £75! Total rip off

The dress looked nothing like the picture. Quality really bad, looked like a child had put it together. There was no way of getting a refund. A total waste of time & money. DONT buy from this company if you don't want to be ripped off.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. Goods beyond poor arrived and were so bad went straight in the bin. Not even Good enough to put in a bag for the charity.

Ordered three shirts extremely poor quality and would not accept return/refund. Not answering emails contact details in Birmingham are not anything to do with this company. Don’t waste your money all items coming from China.

WARNING! Clothes arrived late, very poor material all screwed up, sizing does not match up to the chart advice & does not look at all like the picture! Returning items is made purposely impossible, you have to pay postage back to China or barter for a part refund!
