“Very poor quality, sizing way out. Tried to contact them to return them, nightmare system to find out how to return items you need to request a ticket - took a week for someone to reply. Back and forth eventually advised to pay for”

“The item was very slow to arrive. However, I am very impressed with Light in the Box. I ordered a product which was not what I was disappointed with, but everyone was very helpful and prompt in their response, and after some negotiations they refunded me. I am very pleased and recommend Light in the Box as a Company who keeps their word and is reliable.”

“I was happy to deal with them even though I waited for a long time due to pressure on them from the amount of clients, but I understand that, but Customer service style, great price and fast delivery make up for all of that, and I was honored to deal with them”
