“I've ordered 1 item so far, which turns out a little small but I'm happy to try again as there's so much choice here! There's an outfit for every occasion, be it formal or a little more casual. The top of the dress is done well and nicely worked, however the skirt is nothing like it was shown in the product image. I could ignore this if it was worked nicely, however the skirt really does not look nice, is worked rather flimsily, and also seemingly with the wrong/not enough fabric. Not a fabulous purchase I'm afraid.”

“Refund and Exchange Policy is Nonexistent. This is the second time I’m ordering from LightInTheBox and the service is absolutely outrageous. I ordered a second time from them so that they redeem themselves but even worse.”

“I ordered a dress from Light in the Box for an event I will be attending in June, it arrived within 2 weeks Im very happy with it , I had to iron it but after a couple of weeks in transit I expected that, theres quite a few items I like on the site and I will be ordering again!”

“I have received incorrect items and items not fit for purpose. You are now ignoring all emails and refusing to refund me. I have checked online reviews for you and it appears you don't refund people when they return their goods. All in all it appears you are a sham company ripping customers off. I want a 100% refund for the items or will be reporting you to the trading standards in the uk.”

“SCAMERS! Buyers be aware. I ordered almost 50 dollars worth of items at the beginning of May, its the end now and I still haven't received anything yet, on top of unanswered emails. They don't even deserve one star in my opinion. DON'T DO IT!!!!”

“Actually I would rate this company with 1/4 star because their products and customer service is horrible! I bought a simple watchband which has a difficult clasp instead of a typical buckle. It's horrible. I tried to return it but they made it a hassle and offered to refund me 15% of the item price instead or 30% off on a future order. Then they sent me an email indicating that this issue was resolved. It was not resolved and as far as I'm concerned, I will never order from them again. Stay with a reputable company because THEY ARE NOT!!!”
