Dreadful quality. The company actively discouraged returns. Don’t waste you time and money purchasing from them.

Dress is a different colour than on their photoes. It doesnt fit, to small even though I ordered a larger size. Its impossible to get a ticket to return and reading below you cant get a full refund and expected to send back to China at you own expence. I won't be using this company again and try and block them. Very disappointing.

I tried to return the dress I ordered without even opening the package. They sent me a huge list of how to return it to China. Otherwise I was offered a 40% return amount. I didn’t get it. After multiple emails, they sent me a “your ticket was resolved” email and claimed they would refund the moment. They did not refund anything. They don’t have anyone you can contact, and no phone number. It’s a terrible place to buy clothes.

I read the reviews on here when I was initiating a return to Light in the Box and they are all true... they absolutely do make things extreeemely difficult! I needed to return 2 of the 3 dresses I purchased. So, I went in all guns blazing, threatened to complain to the Industry of Commerce in China and that I would only accept a full refund including cost of return postage. They enhanced the deal to a 50% refund or 60% reward (credit) which was initially 30% and 50%. I firmly declined. I stood my ground and they have now given me a 70% refund on the full order (3 dresses which totalled £120) and I keep the dresses (2 of which I will try to sell on Ebay, the other one i will use). I provided photos of the poor quality and stains and inundated them with emails and tickets with CAPS ON AND LOTS OF !!!!!!!! lol. My advice, if you want to return, is to blame the quality rather than sizing etc. Make it their responsibility. Provide pics of the poor stitching, stains, anything! I't won't be hard because the quality is very poor. Keep telling them it is their fault and give the impression that you know your rights and you will get your money back. Good luck!

Ordered some shorts from Light in the Box. They are tiny and seem to have a different size guide to other trousers on the site. When I come to return the items I have to cover the cost of returning to Asia. This is NOT acceptable.

Return policy an absolute joke. They offer you 10% refund only when you are legally entitled to 100%. They expect you to ship your returns to china recorded delivery. Would never use them again. Communication is very slow as well.

Ordered 2 tops. Photos looked great. Looked nothing like the pictures on receipt. Quality very poor. Size much too big. The returns policy is ludicrous and complicated to put you off returning. If you get that far, you then find returns have to be sent to China at your expense. Absolute rip off. Do not use!!!

I ordered 6 ladies blouse/tops. They looked so lovely on line and thought they would suit my A line figure as the were shaped wider at the hem. What a disappointment. The illustrated tops were nothing like the ones shown. They were not shaped, just straight down from under arm with no flair and consequently they didn’t fit over my hips. I contacted the company but have heard nothing and no refund. I will never ever buy from them again

Fraudulent. Merchandise looks nothing like advertised. Unable to get refund without paying as much as I did for the product. Reaching customer service is made to be difficult. This company has to be ILLEGAL.

This company needs reporting to trading standards. The item received are like rags not what is advertised. Spent a lot of money on holiday clothes and well should have thrown it in the bin. Asked for a full refund but no response it is a scam don’t order from them … Very unhappy

I ordered 2 summer dresses, that looked amazing. I was so disappointed when they arrived. They are very cheap looking garments, no labelling or proper sizing.

Avoid this company especially if you aren't happy with the items and want them returned. They have a customer response to this but it's a rip off and not a solution. All items have to be returned to China, which you, the customer have to pay for and this means it may cost more than the item itself. Plus returns can take months to process. In these cash strapped times please don't be taken in, they're not a customer friendly company.
