“I recently made 5 purchase's over two different days. The company kept me informed all the way to my front door with the progress of the order's from the items being picked off the shelf and quality checked , to when they left the depot, arrived at the out going and incoming ports/ airports and then being picked up by Royal mail and then the ETA at my address. I will be purchasing more items over the coming weeks and months.”

“As our daughter is getting married in December, my wife decided to look for a small hat to go with her outfit. We spent a fair amount of time going up to London and visiting various shops but without success. When we resorted to using the computer to aid us, we came across LightInTheBox. Problem solved and a hat on the site was exactly what was required. I paid for the hat, then the company gave me exact details of when the garment was on its way.The information we received was precise and the hat was delivered at our address in the time slot as shown.”
