Haven't received add on crate, is been over 5 months and over a month since I've heard anything from lootcrate will not be using this service again

I got the wrong stuff, ordered the Harry Potter crate and received a random box of nonsensical items that didn't go together, didn't have any harry potter items, and messaged the customer service and they said they couldn't fill my order. Offered a credit instead of a refund but no one wants a credit if I can't even get the items I originally ordered/wanted. Just want my money back, but that seems to be impossible.

I ordered a crate subscription as a Christmas gift for someone. The order was placed a month and a half before Christmas. At the time of the order the shipping guide said orders were shipped the 25th of the current month (my order was placed almost two weeks before this shipping date). When I didn't receive any notice that the crate had shipped I contacted customer support and was told my crate would ship in late January. I understand if there are supply issues but if something is going to take two and a half months to ship out then they shouldn't be offering it for sale on their site. They certainly didn't wait two and a half months to take my money. This is a company that's only concerned about getting paid and doesn't care at all about their customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is atrocious. I have been waiting for over 2 years for a replacement crate, Yes two years. Every month they tell me they are very sorry and it will be despatched next month. Well here we are and nothing to show for a £100 Ltd edition crate.

I ordered a crate 3 YEARS ago November, a year and a half after I ordered I decided to contact customer service, because the shipping details disappeared when it got "in" my country, They told me my package has been lost and they will replace it, months and months went by with absolutely no information, so I contacted them again, and they told me they where out of the stock that they was supposed to replace it with and they will replace it with something else. Again, same story, then they offered to replace it again and this time they offered me a refund, I wanted a refund , they contacted me back and told me the system says that me email is wrong for my PayPal, I must confirm that its the right email and I did, and after that I have been emailing them non stop, they have gone no contact with me, so 3 YEARS I have been waiting. I DO NOT recommend them, they do not care about you after you paid!!! I want my Money back

Stole my money. Never received last 2 boxes I was charged for. When I try to get it sorted out and eventually a refund I had the worst customer service Had to go through my bank for a charge back.

Never received package. Scam. BUYER BEWARE. Have asked for refund. They ignore the request and say they are sending it. However, UPS hasn’t even received a package from them, just that a shipping label was created but they never received anything to ship. TOTAL SCAM. I should have known better. I wish I researched this prior to purchasing. I now see that the products people receive is worthless. Lesson learned.

Yeah, these guys are a joke. Order not shipped six week after due date, then told it was, only for it to take another two weeks. Still not received. Tracking doesn’t work, customer service is either a bot or outsourced as they never answer your actual question. Do not use this service.

Do not use loot crate anymore. Had a box I ordered in July and they have pushed back the delivery until late October when it was suppose to ship in August. All of there boxes are delayed do not waste your money on this company.

ordered multiple items in august it is nearly october now and i haven’t received anything. i had to email loot crate in order to even receive an update on when i could expect my items and now they say they won’t ship until november. very annoyed at the lack of professionalism from this company. please don’t waste your time and money.

Ordered in July. Never recieved. Was suppose to ship a few weeks later in August. Never did. Said it would ship in September. Been keeping an eye on it and now it says October... Customer service is non existent. Now fighting with PayPal and my bank to get my $50 back. Don't waste your money.

I only received 1 box when I started the subscription in May. IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER AND STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANOTHER SINGLE BOX. They charged me 3 times and I never received any merchandise. Please don’t buy from this company.

So I subscribed to this company back in August of this year 2021. It has been a horrible experience this far. I canceled my subscription because of it and I will never go back to loot Crate. The biggest issue is customer service agents which I feel are incompetent. I keep getting different answers about shipping dates from various customer service agents they can't even stay on the same page. Then they blame it on covid when there are other companies just as big as loot Crate that can ship items just fine regardless of covid or not so they are using it as an excuse. The items are not worth the price tag for the box even the cheaper subscription boxes. They are cheaply made and they're not a lot of variety. Also they put labels on stupid items that are not even worth collecting!You will be sadly disappointed if you spend money on this company I would highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere and try other subscription boxes even go on cratejoy.com and you have a wide selection.

I ordered a Crow movie crate in March 2021. They were supposed to ship not soon after that. It's now September, and after being reassured that it would be shipped mid to late August, I've given up hope. Never, ever buy from Loot Crate. They'll take your money and never deliver product.

This company is a scam and a joke. They have overstretched their capabilities. They used to be good several years ago with timely deliveries and decent items. This is no longer the case. They promise your delivery by a certain time, but it takes many months to receive it, if they are even able to fulfill the order. It took almost a year to receive a crate from them. There are never any refunds, even if they can’t deliver what you purchased. My guess is they can’t afford to give people refunds. Loot crate needs to go out of business. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LOOT CRATE!

Ordered a crate in March 2021 that was due to ship in April 2021, it’s now nearing the end of August and after months of many customer support emails all promising it would ship within 1-2 weeks it’s still not here and hasn’t even been processed, but I was charged. Haven’t been given a single reasonable excuse for this, bought this hoodie with the intention of wearing it this winter but spring starts in a week 😑 never buying from them again.

I received the first 2 boxes which I ordered when I started the subscription. After that, they charged me 3 times and I never received any merchandise. They never replied to my emails. I had to dispute the transactions and I won the dispute.

I was suppose to get my crate at the end of October but didn’t end up receiving my box till January the next year!! There were one or two quality items in my box, but I felt it was not worth $60. Will not order again!

I accidentally cancelled my subscription in May when I was trying to change my shirt size (which should be easier then it is. It took several emails to even get my shirt size changed) I was sent an email saying I had stopped my cancellation request. Never got my June box so I contacted them, I was told I was getting the June crate between June 28-July 12 so I waited still no June crate so I contacted again this time was told sorry it’s July so no more June crate and I wasn’t getting it. Even with screenshot proof of everything I just told you about. No offers for anything other then just sorry if I have any more questions contact customer service and my tickets were closed when I was still responding.
