I ordered the Harry Potter Wizarding World 3 month crate back in August 2019. I waited months for my crates. Finally got two of them spring of 2020. The third was suppose to arrive in August of 2020. Never came. I have contacted customer support several times and I get the same useless copy and paste answer of replacement crates are taking longer than usual to ship and it will be a few weeks. I ask for a refund and was told that since I placed it before they declared bankruptcy, I cannot get one (which is true statement with bankruptcy laws). I'm furious that I am out roughly 40-50 bucks from such a scammy company since I truly doubt I will ever see that missing crate. Do not buy from them.

Ive never gotten a good item from loot crate, loot anime, or loot gaming. I keep giving it “second chances” when I see a franchise I love. Every time the crate gets here tho, I’m always disappointed. I’ve never felt like I got items that represent the franchise well, let alone met the price I paid for it all. I will never buy or recommend it again.

Step 1 order loot crate Step 2 pay for loot crate Step 3 wait and never receive. Customer service will give you no help or information on when the crate will ship. Their website has shipping information but it is not updated or correct since my crate should have shipped but still haven’t received or given any information from the company. Never use them unless you want to disappoint someone.

two crates -one for march 2021, one for april 2021. march SUPPOSEDLY shipped on the 29th of APRIL. april's has not shipped. my next cycle bills on the 5th of may 2021. always get "boilerplate" responses to e-mail. it's on the way. yeah... sure it is. every crate has arrived after the next cycle has billed. meaning that i'm billed for may and am still waiting for april. i have only gotten two crates on time or close to on time. the rest? when ever lootcrate decides to get off their asses and get them shipped out. avoid these guys like the plague (COVID)

Waited 4 months for my crate. When it finally Saud it was going to be delivered, I stayed home and waited by the window all day. They never delivered it and then loot crate tried to say it was something on my end. Tried to cancel my subscription 3 times and still got billed each time. Terrible experience.

Literally the worse experience and crate ever. They were great in 2015. But the last 3 years they’re garbage. Almost as bad as their customer service

Horrible, don't buy. Shipments disappear. I once ordered from their vault and after I received my order I noticed a shirt missing only to be told that something I had paid for was sold out and instead of contacting me and sending a different size they just didn't send it and took my money. Later I did not receive my destiny crate and had to tell them several times that I couldn't to anything and my countrys postal service had no information about it. I contacted them early, I ordered in november 2020, it is now almost May 2021. I haven't gotten my order yet. I am now telling a very brain dead copy paste customer support personal that I want a refund and not a replacement since that will most likely get lost too.

If there was an option to put "0", I would. I ordered this as a Christmas gift in December. Well, it's the middle of April and my order hasn't even been processed. But wait, there's more... I was charged almost $60.00 for a SECOND box.. when the first one hasn't even been processed 5 months later. I've been in contact with customer service for 3 months now, and all I'm getting are "sorry we have high volumes right now," and "we're working on getting your order ready." I've cancelled the subscription and am waiting for my refund.

Seriously this company sucks. I have THREE orders that haven’t come in yet that I ordered at the beginning of December and it’s almost May and not even one has come in. I originally ordered a BOGO deal they had last year, only to find I was charged AGAIN for another crate!! When i contacted them all they did was cancel my membership and I STILL haven’t seen any boxes yet. Just emailed them again I will absolutely NOT EVER use this company again. So unbelievably unprofessional.

I was planning on ordering 3 crates for my son as part of his Christmas gifts. I ended up not ordering it until January. I placed my order for 1 crate January 18th. By March 13th still no crate and no emails from them. I emailed customer service and on March 17th I FINALLY heard from them saying that they wouldn't be sending it until sometime between April 3rd and April 20th. It is April 14th and it just now shipped. Who knows how long it'll take to be delivered or even if the crate was worth the price. While I appreciate it finally shipping, WHY did it take 3 months for it to ship? That is ridiculous. I do not recommend I'm glad I didn't try and order it for a birthday or to be on time for Christmas.

Ordered as a gift on February 4. They failed to send the "Welcome Crate," which was supposed to ship immediately, and still have not sent the first box. They take DAYS to respond to inquiries, and then it is an ever-changing date. It was the middle of March, then late March to early April, and now that we are in mid-April, they have again changed the anticipated ship date to the end of April. AWFUL!!!

It took months before I got my crates. Their customer support is a joke. I purchased my crate when it was bogo and I was charged for the 2nd crate. I emailed about it and didn't get a response. The items received weren't that great either. It was very disappointing.

I've been waiting 15 months for a product I paid for. This company is a joke and a scam. Dont waist your money. The customer service is a joke. All they do is lie to you.

Ordered my hero academia box. It took months to show. I special ordered the Allmight coat with it. I received an overhaul bomber. I was told they would ship out a replacement. A year later and after being strung along with no replacement I had to request a refund. Save your time and your money

Purchased several crates, after filing bankruptcy they assured me that they would eventually process my orders. A ton of time has now passed and they still have hundreds of my dollars and now my account has "mysteriously disappeared" due to a system upgrade and they have no record of my purchases. This company is a total scam and I caution anyone from giving them money.

I don’t understand how this company is pushing out new boxes when I received a email over a week ago stating that I will not get my first box until mid to end of April. I paid for a entire year. Purchased a year subscription in February this would be my first subscription with loot crate! I have seen the shipping info. It states mid March to ship. So why keep taking customers money when you can’t handle the customers that have paid. Poor business skills. I will not be renewing my subscription next year no matter how great this box is suppose to be. I purchased this for my daughters and myself. We are huge Harry Potter fans. I will have to find a better company next year

Loot crate is the worst! I ordered a loot crate of bobs burgers on 2/7 and I chose one month subscription and it said it would ship like between 17-and 20 something of the month well with no package received on 3/2 I was charged for another one and emailed they said I would get an email when my package shipped and even though you chose a one month subscription you are enrolled in an auto subscription and I didn't get the discounted subscription price or free shipping even though I was enrolled in a subscription after choosing the monthly option and couldn't explain why I didn't get the special price of an automatic subscription anyways... I received my first package three days before I got an email that it was sent... and just being honest with you the bobs burger hoodie I was sent smells crazy like chemicals... and I can't get answers via email but as soon as I posted this on there social media it was on medically deleted.. I am unable to get answers from Loot crate After a 30 day period I filed a complaint with the better business burrow and Disney as they are selling Disney license merchandise ... sizes are very small

Was charged twice and never received product. Customer service is automated and never seeks a resolution. Ordered beginning of December 2020 and still nothing. Had to dispute charges with credit card.

Bought 4 crates, selected only to do one month. They continue to charge me over and over again despite me contacting their laughable bad customer service reps. They literally refunded my money and then charge me again a minute.later. still haven't gotten my original order several months later

The worst. They charge you immediately for $68 and you won't even receive your 1st box for 2-3 months. When you finally do receive it, it will be a duplicate box. They won't refund you unless you ship it back, fine...but they won't reimburse you for the shipping fees (even though it was THEIR mistake) or give you a return label. When you cancel their whackjob subscription they tell you "for your convenience they'll keep your subscription open until ___ date" a date which conveniently falls into their next billing cycle. I had to go through my bank for my money back and place a block on my account from further charges from them. And Their customer service is pretty much a string of generic, automated responses with no actual resolution offered.
