“We have spent 8 nights in Prestana Promenade. Including my Birthday on the 17th of July. And I would love to say massive thank you for all the staff to make me feel really special. Found hotel even a bit tired here and there (jacuzzi & sauna area) could not be more professional and well organised. We felt well looked after and safe. Definitely will recommend and come back in the future. Thank you Malgorzata”

“Everything about our holiday made us happy. The booking process was easy, the flight was smooth, and the hotel was great. Even though our room wasn’t perfect, the amazing staff made our stay unforgettable. Everyone was so kind, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They truly made the hotel feel special. We also loved the wellness and sauna, the excursions like the quad safari, and the shopping opportunities. Everything was well organized, and we enjoyed every moment. It was an incredible holiday from start to finish, and we would definitely book with loveholidays again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!”
