“Poor response from email complaining about hotel in regards to the hospitality towards guests, food that is offered is awful same every night, cleaniness of the hotel and poor conditions of the room. Lack of support from the package (loveholidays) company in response to this. Terrible in helping us about flight that was delayed over 3 hours. This was a package holiday book through the love holidays. I thought booking a package deal through a company they may be able to help in regards to vetting the holidays for future however they have brushed us off with there response and it's a us problem now. You are a package company the complaint I wanted you to help us with is now something you are added too. Not just Dream of oludeniz Hotel and easyjest. Loveholidays should sort something as you did the admin in the first place for the holiday. I Will never us this company again nor will I tell anyone to use it. Very poor customer service.”

“Sardunya Apart In Icmeler stay well clear It doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Broken fixtures & fittings . Key holder electrical broken , chairs on balcony split and broken , door sill plastic fell off . Air conditioning unit not working two nights out of five . Shower head wasn’t on the hook and I tried to hook it back but wasn’t tall enough and then if fell on my head . Had to hold the shower every time we used it. Mouldy pillow Mould and damp in kitchen cupboards. No kettle , Toaster or Microwave Rusty hot plate I’ve got pictures but it’s not letting me upload them .”

“I chose the Gran Oasis Resort for my two teenagers and myself. It was highly recommended by one of the Loveholiday staff I booked the holiday with but surpassed all our expectations. Instead of the room I had booked for all three of us we were given an entire house which was generous in size, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The grounds of the hotel are stunning as is the swimming pool area. The food is high quality and the staff is very helpful. Despite it being August and high season the staff did not come across as stressed suggesting there was enough staff to manage the needs of the guests. This resort absolutely deserves it's four stars. Well done Gran Oasis Resort! Antje Brown”
