“Hotel is not in a great state. It smells damp, rooms are just ok. Aircon is poor. Food choice is limited and repetitive. Service is poor in the restaurant, not enough cutlery, chipped plates etc. Music by the pool is too loud - 2 sources so it’s just a huge noise. Nothing close to a 5 star. Go somewhere else.”

“This was my first time booking with Loveholidays, and it certainly won't be my last. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The transfers were punctual and hassle-free, and the hotel was exactly as advertised, which made for a stress-free and enjoyable experience. It was the perfect family holiday, and the Loveholidays app was incredibly useful both before and during our trip, providing easy access to all the information we needed. When I first made the booking, I called customer service to confirm a few details and arrange an earlier outbound flight. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, making the process simple and straightforward. Thanks to the excellent service and smooth experience throughout, I would highly recommend Loveholidays to my friends and family and will definitely use them again for future holidays.”

“my holiday to dubai , hilton dubai the walk, ( name of hotel) was amazing love holidays never put a foot wrong , there was absolutely no hiccups on any part of the travel go dubai , the pick up from airport go hotel and back from hotel to airport went like a dream both went wrong, ive booked 4 times now to dubai with love holidays and never had a bad experience of had anything bad to say it always runs smoothly bid be more than happy to book with than again, my hotel was do good the place was clean , staff were fantastic they go out there way to help you if you need it ,the room was cleaned every day, the food was do good plenty of choice , the pool area was so clean and had beac access which was attached to hotel , i'll be back there next year 💚💚✈️✈️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿”

“Excellent holiday at Reina del Mar ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We booked our holiday through Loveholidays, and we were very impressed with the service from start to finish. The booking process was straightforward, communication was excellent, and everything was clearly explained before we travelled. They made organising our holiday easy and stress-free, and we would happily book through them again. We had a fantastic holiday at Reina del Mar and honestly couldn’t fault our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean and very well maintained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the whole resort had a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent, with a great variety and plenty of choice throughout the day. Everything we tried was fresh, tasty and well presented. There was something for everyone, including plenty of options for children. The pools and facilities were fantastic, and the beach was beautiful and easily accessible. We especially enjoyed being able to relax by the pool and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A special mention has to go to the staff. Everyone was friendly, polite and genuinely helpful, which made such a difference to our holiday. The service throughout the resort was excellent. The restaurants, drinks, entertainment and overall atmosphere were all very good, and there was always something to enjoy without the hotel feeling overcrowded or stressful. Overall, Reina del Mar gave us exactly what we wanted from a holiday — good food, beautiful surroundings, cleanliness, great facilities and amazing service. We would definitely recommend both Reina del Mar and Loveholidays. We would happily return and book through them again. A well-deserved 5 stars from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you to all the team at Reina del Mar and Loveholidays for making our holiday so enjoyable! ❤️ Unfortunately I can upload photos for some reason.”
