“We had a lovely stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The pool and other facilities were great, the food offered plenty of choice, and the location was ideal, with everything we needed nearby. There were just a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom occasionally had an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet, which wasn’t ideal. We also felt that some of the facilities could have stayed open later into the evening, and there could have been more entertainment at night, as there wasn’t much to do after dinner. Another small improvement would be to have more mirrors in the hotel room, as there was only one mirror, which wasn’t really enough when several people were getting ready at the same time. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and really enjoyed our stay. With a few small improvements, the hotel would be even better. We would definitely consider returning and would recommend it to others”

“We love the easy payment plan with love holidays and the ease of booking.Flights alone can be expensive to book upfront so I like that the cost can be spread out for flights also.Our hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location walking distance to bars,restaurants and shops and direct access to the beach.”

“Easy to find the holiday you want and even easier to book. Have used LH a handful of times and have always been satisfied with the service received. Latest holiday was beautiful - perfect first family holiday. Crete is a must, if not for anything else but those sunsets! Issues that arose were dealt with professionally and quickly.”
