Never again. 1. No clear information was send re how many bags included. We did spend extra €200 in relation to this; 2. Transfer cost was double more expensive, if we would be taking first Taxi from the street; 3. Transfer car (transfer company) from airport to Hotel was with broken air conditioning and burning system, so 1 hour travel in +33 outside; 4. We have lost a half day of our time solving back transfer issues. Hotel was stating , that no drivers from Love Holidays Transfer company at morning time. We send a email directly to Love Holidays - no any reply at all. 5. Highly not recommended.

No holiday, no money back, no communication from Loveholidays. It is no longer a member of ABTA. Don't book with Loveholidays.

I've only given them 1 star coz it wont let you give 0 stars. I've spent 6 months fighting for a refund. Cant speak to anyone. Cant get anyone to answer. Sole destroying company

Booked a package holiday with Love holidays ... NEVER AGAIN !!!! Our return flight had been changed by two days... within 4 days of our departure date. contacted love holidays for advise via the online chat which felt like we were talking to a school child !!! stated they would get back to us within 72hrs.. which appeared to be a standard response. Needless to say we heard nothing back from them. So we attempted the online chat again.. which took some time to get through and asked if it was possible to extend our hotel stay by two nights. Love holidays said they would enquire with the hotel and get back to us through the manage your booking section again within 72hrs... of which, if we had waited would have taken us past our departure date !!! Again we heard nothing back So we took matters into our own hands and contacted the hotel direct to ask if we could extend our stay for a further two nights, the hotel responding straight away with a positive confirmation. We then accepted the new flight schedule and extended our holiday for a further 2 days. Luckily we took matters into our own hands and had a lovely holiday even in these current times. I very much doubt I would ever book another holiday through Love Holidays !!!

F**king love holidays.....don't go near this absolute shower of thieving illigitimate morons. We have finally had our e-mail to tell us that our holiday is cancelled....this is what they say when I click to get my refund. Request submitted Thank you for telling us that you would like a refund. Here’s what will happen next: 1. We have immediately stopped any future payments from being taken in respect of your original booking 2. We will notify you once the refund has been processed. We're working through bookings in departure date order. We’ll process your refund within 8 weeks of your original planned departure date. Please do not submit a chargeback or legal action in respect of this refund amount as we will need to pause processing your refund to complete the other process you have initiated to avoid double payment issues arising. As a reminder, flight refunds are currently managed directly by the airline, and we have a separate process for forwarding refunds received for these. Any refund amount will be transferred to us first by the airline and then we’ll transfer it to you within 5 days of receiving it from the airline. More information can be found...blah blah. Totally unimpressed with the first statement. They made sure not to send me a cancellation notice until they had taken my final payment which I had to pay otherwise they then say I had failed to pay so don't get any refund. They stopped taking bookings for Vegas at the beginning of September so they f**king knew then the holiday wasn't happening. Then they add a clause to warn everyone not to get charge backs or take legal action....is this even legal.....Don't touch this company with a barge pole. They even left ABTA so that they didn't have to follow any code of conduct.

DO NOT BOOK with them. Totally incompetents This is my second review and I decided to write it after discovering that they sold me a holiday for 6 people for 14 days and they never purchase any bag with it. Who goes in holiday for 2 weeks without a need for a bag? this is now going to cost me 200+ euro more. I have already complained and they have even answered my previous askign to contact them...however, the contact details they provide do not work and do not allow to contact them for the issue. The chat customer service is useless as they asked me to sort out all the issues directly with Ryanair, Hotel and transfer...they just take your money and leave you alone if you have any issue!

We received a notification from Love Holidays that due to Covid or hotel booking had been cancelled, this was 2 days before we were due to arrive there. I contacted the hotel as we have stayed there many times and they said there wasn't a problem at their hotel, but LH had decided to cancel all of their bookings. Tried CHAT and was told they would be in touch. I came to a private arrangement with the hotel and have now booked in the hotel. Tried chat again to be told the in resort team are the only ones that can help, looks like I will probably be back home before the in resort team get in touch. All I want is the money back I have them 9 months ago!!

Booked a stunning villa in Kalkan privately but booked through Love Holidays a 3 night stay at Lykia residence and Spa for the last few days. Received a message from hotel That this had been cancelled by Love Holidays and our room given away. So, we have been left stranded in Kalkan with no where to stay. We had already paid Love Holidays for these 3 days. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN will I book anything through this company again. No phone no. to ring and no access to Live chat. Absolutely appalling. WARNING!! Never book with this company, they are COWBOYS!

absolutely a disgrace. this is supposed to be a travel agency that ensure your holidays go well...however they are compeltely uselss. their systems do not work (they say there is no availability but then you call teh hotel and the hotel has availability). I had my flight rescheduled by the airline and they were absolutely uslesee so i had to pay for a the rebookign and for the transefs that were already included in my flight. DO NOT book with them. they server to go out of business

in general, the holidays went not bad, with the exception of a few moments. We ordered one hotel, three days before departure to Turkey, an e-mail came with the change of the hotel, the first one was closed due to covid 19. We fly to Turkey! Arrived, met, took a minibus to the hotel. We arrived but we are not on the list of this hotel. On the hotel car we went to another hotel of this chain, we are not there either. So three times changed the hotel in the end we were placed in the first one, where we were first time. We are resting ... the hols went well except for the restrictions due to covid19. Three phone numbers were placed on the transfer vouchers by which you need to call 24 hours before departure and find out what time we will be picked up from the hotel. I was ringing all day long , none of the three numbers answered. I thought that in the worst case, we would take a taxi to the airport, but at the reception they said that at 2 am there would be a transfer to the airport from another hotel. The plane leaves at 6 am, we were waited our minibus until 2 pm, then we were taken by the hotel car to another hotel where the bus took tourists from Poland. I agreed with the driver for little money and he took us. Thanks God we got on the flight to London. I don't want to hear the name of this company anymore.

I will never use Loveholidays again. They block all ways to contact them, are slow to respond and can't give a straight answer. When the pandemic is over people will remember the way they treated their customers.

We are still waiting for our refund for our holiday in March, we didn’t go on due to COVID-19. LoveHolidays customer service is totally unacceptable. They are so difficult to contact. Will never use them again.

This is not trustworthy company, they selling holidays that do not exist and delay comtact with customer. My flight was changed and when I contakted them to amend my bookings I found out that the hotel is closed until January. They sold me holiday while they knew that this hotel is closed. They did not make any effort to inform customers about hotels closure and delay contact about refunds. If there are any doubts I have screenshots from live chat with their customer service to confirm my review. If I woudnt ask I would go and spend my holiday on the hotel doorstep with children. Massive disapointment.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole. Insurance companies have informed me they are the RyanAir of travel agents when trying to get refunds. They will use any tatic to not refund so you have to go to the insurance company. Even to the extent they told me they had sent a message to my mobile even though they didnt have my number.

DO NOT BOOK A HOLIDAY WITH THIS COMPANY I can only assume Love Holidays will go bankrupt very soon as no one is going to want to book with a holiday who no longer are a member of ABTA in these difficult times of travelling with Covid in the world. You need to book with a company who are efficient organised HONEST and put the customer first. Love Holidays is non of these things. I booked a holiday in Dec19 for travel 19Apr20. The hotel part was a fully refundable reservation outside 24hrs before arrival Yet they kept my money until June. The flight portion was with Ryanair. I organised my own refund directly with Ryanair as instructed by Love Holidays. Ryanair finally sent a full refund to Love Holidays on 28Aug20. I have spent hours on the live chat queue to speak to Love holidays to ask for my refund. They avoid answering the direct questions with what seem to be pre-written answers and consistently lie saying they have not got any money in their account to send to me as it has not been received from Ryanair. This seems to be an attempt to make Ryanair look bad. Whereas although I have had to wait for far longer than would be normal for a refund for a cancelled flight at least Ryanair have actually been honest and not made promises they can not keep. IMPORTANT INFO re if you are still waiting for a refund from Ryanair.......You can now go on Ryanair's own website and provide them with info like your id, a bill with your address on it etc and they will action the refund directly to you, the customer, even if you have booked through a 3rd party. Unfortunately for me as Ryanair have already sent my refund back to Love Holidays I can not use this. But I hope my info may help others get their money back. Please just do not book a new holiday with Love Holidays as they are a terrible company who seems to be making their poor staff have to lie and cut off live chats that you have waited for hours to have to avoid a customer direct questions. Didn't want to give 1 star. Just because Loveholidays has left ABTA does not alter the fact that if customers booked package holidays before they did this, then the contract between the travel company and the customer stands and customers are still covered re their original booking prior to Loveholidays quitting ABTA. They do not seem to have any logic, just want to get out of refunding customers. As for having patience and waiting for this Company to do the right thing, well I think Hell would freeze over before that happened. Seems odd that every now and again they are give good star ratings, when no one can get in touch with them, only by occasionally spending hours waiting for a chat line to pop up and then often being fobbed off or disconnected. No telephone line either to contact them. Are they writing the good reviews themselves ? How can it be only the favoured few get through, get a refund and are very satisfied !!!

I booked a holiday in January 2020 for travel 5th September 2020. Flight was cancelled and so love holidays contacted me to offer change or refund. I opted for refund. Flight was with easyjet who I dealt with direct and they refunded love holidays the flight cost, love holidays have since paid this to me. I have today received refund receipt from love holidays for hotel.. I did not need to contact love holidays they kept me informed & kept to their side of the deal. Happy enough! Sorry for all those that haven't had a good experience. Patience is a virtue & in these times patience is greatly needed.
