Take my advice if your owed money from these clowns. Take them to court, it costs about £60. You can do it all on line. Like you guys, I tried every avenue for 10 months. So took them to court, they tried to get out of it by saying they are not a travel agent and asked for mediation. It went to mediation over the phone. They then had two weeks to repay me. The money was in my bank after 5 days. Court is the way to deal with these criminals.

Would never book with loveholidays again. Slow customer service and lost £3200 owing to Non transferable flights at Christmas. Friends booked at the same time and got a full refund we were told our went through an intermediary so no refund.

Love Holidays is the worst holiday company ever. They still owe me £120 for flights to Pisa in 2019. They asked me to speak to Ryanair about a refund. Ryanair refused even though l sent them a sick note as l was seriously ill with covid-19. Do not touch this company , they are crooks. STAY AWAY.

Go to your bank or credit card and get a refund with chargeback i got a refund in 30 minutes.

Terrible customer service, booked a holiday for Oct 2020, hotel was cancelled due to pandemic. I rejected the alternative as it was not of a similar standard to the one i booked. I was then told as i cancelled it is not up to them to refund my flight. They provided me with the new accommodation 4/5 days prior to flying. as told at the beginning that they are awaiting the money to enter their account to then be told 20 weeks later i have to chase Ryanair myself. Under ATOL protection they should refund me the money owed. Citizens advice have advised to send letters, of which I have had no response! it is ver difficult to find any relevant email to contact. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This Company are so rubbish and they don't help customers at all they told me to go to my Manage my booking and I can add new Passengers when I try doing this I put everything it asks of me for the two new Passengers then I add them to room 2 it say it's not available at all I have to book one room each this is Rubbish as I have tried doing as a new booking and I can get a room for two new Passengers they just want to rip-off they customers big time don't use this Company people please Stay away from them

Waiting for a refund for flights for 7 months, been lied to so many times on the online chat, as you have removed a phone number to actually talk to someone. Contacting CMA trade discriptions and many other organisations regarding you stealing my £1400 also next step is small claims court OH YOU ARE STILL ADVERTISING 14 MONEY BACK GARANTEE IF HOLIDAY IS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID LIARS!!!!!

Again please don’t use this company , absolutely useless , great if you want to purchase a holiday , if you want to change / amend or cancel absolute nightmare ... will never use them again

Booked early 2020. Holiday cancelled due to pandemic. Told in January 2021 refund will be in our bank within 3 days. May 5th 2021 started chargeback with credit card provider. Too much time spent chasing my money. I hate to say this but, I hope they are forced by the CMA to cease trading until refunds are paid in full. Really poor customer service.

Clicked one star as there was no zero. Don't waste your time with this company, they are a bunch of crooks. Have booked all inclusive holiday for 6 people already paid £4,500 they've notified me of flight changes and asked me to pay another £4,300 to pay for the flight changes. They haven't offered me any refund for the original flights. They don't speak on the telephone they only use online chat line. If you try to make an official complaint in writing to their Legal & Compliance Department it gets returned back to you unopened. If you try to email them you get a bounce back message saying the email address isn't manned. There is no way of getting your money back from this company no matter which avenue you use. They are an absolute bunch of robbers!

Absolutely shocking and we will never use again. In line with CMA & Government guidance we should have received a refund for flights by the end of March 2021. We are still waiting, I have again submitted a refund request,was advised by an agent I will hear back from someone within 7 days. That was over 5 weeks ago, their deadline / promise has of course expired and still no contact, no refund.

Don't use them. Nightmare company. Pose as a holiday company and they are only booking agents in reality. Lots of monkies behind computers. My trip was cancelled so waiting until the end of time to sort it. Had a first refund then told the final balance would be refunded in order of departure date. Fair enough. Buy why did the monkies take the final payment for the trip even though it was cancelled and I had already received part of a refund. Spoke to the credit control monkies only to be told I have to wait up to 28 days for that refund. When I said this was unacceptable as I would incur interest charges on my credit card she asked why I would be charged interest. I'll leave that one there. I've had to go to Mastercard to set up a retrieval of funds with these thieves

I am still struggling to get the money for the flight element part of my holiday, even though it was booked as a package, my June holiday 2020, was cancelled last year. I am now trying to get my refund back through Ryanair. Avoid at all costs, I won’t ever use or recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is appalling, no help whatsoever

I've been going with Love Holidays for years ,never had a problem until now. Booked a holiday to Lanzarote for 31st Oct last year to a hotel my elderly parents love. I found out the hotel was closed .not Love Holidays..I had to inform them about it .. It took many online chats all being different. One said I had to wait for the team to sort out another hotel I told them we didn't want another hotel and we could nt go anyway due to the pandemic . We did finally receive an email stating the the holiday couldn't go ahead due to the pandemic... no mention of the hotel being closed... They refunded the hotel money but said we had get in touch with Ryanair for flight refund which I did but they said as the flight was going ahead I was nt entitled to refund off them and to get back in touch with Love Holidays. I had done loads of online chats and have emailed their accounts . I asked the agents on the chats this... If we could nt go cause of government advise and the hotel was closed then why would the 4 of us got on a plane with no where to stay???I've lost over £600 but I'm still fighting for this. Also £100 was for 2 suitcases to go in the hold .. I'm fuming still. I've contacted the CMA because they have got involved with Love Holidays and making them pay back over 18 million customers.. they are investigating suspected breaches of Consumer Protection Law in the package holiday sector. On my ATOL it stated package holiday yet Love Holidays still that i won't be getting my money back and said that decision is final. Waiting to see if I hear from the CMA. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

My experience of my booking LOV1851275U: Booked flights, hotel, hotel transfer, car hire with them way back start of 2020 and when the flight got cancelled they disabled their phone lines and manage my booking failed to work. It appeared deliberate by them to avoid contact. I only got through to them weeks later by lying and saying I wanted to book a holiday. The agent despite have my booking code had all the wrong info and thought I had paid much more than I had, he incorrectly refunded me with wrong paperwork which ultimately came £75.50 short. Again love holidays turned off their phone lines etc and only had there Internet chat which didn’t work. I only managed to contact them last month March 2021 and after getting push back over how much I had paid they finally conceded under threat of further action that they were due me a refund. I’ve still not got it but will hopefully gain it soon. AVOID THIS COMPANY they tried to scam me out of my money if I hadnt chased them they would have kept all my money. It’s my opinion that all the 5 start reviews on multiple sites are fake as well. I don’t know a single person who will ever trust them (they used to before COVID be good) please take my advise and do not use them do not trust them. If you have booked screenshot every conversation and save every email, as recently they have been sneakily altering contracts/T+Cs, but your rights are for what contract you booked under.

Would give 0 stars if possible always used this company then covid hit yes not there fault but the way they handled it was disgusting my hotel was closed I couldn't get though on the phone took hours to get though on live chat I eventually did a charge back I then incorrect got told loveholidays had won the charge back and were waiting for a refund it took 10 long months in total for them to say charge back closed and ruled in my favour never ever again with this company

We booked a holiday with this hotel but after written and verbal confirmation they would not honour the price they agreed and we had already paid in full. They asked for more money and then cancelled our booking. Very unprofessional
