Airline issued my refund last March, Loveholidays keep fobbing me off, this morning they claimed airlines are slow at issuing refunds when I know for a fact the airline issued my refund, I offered to take a credit note and I was told I couldn't. Do not book with Loveholidays, it's a useless company and can't be trusted.

What an absolute joke of a company! Bought and paid for, in full, 10 days holiday in Eygpt last December - already delayed once, so rescheduled to Nov. Yesterday received notice from easyJet that my flights have been cancelled and instigated the refund process as per Loveholiday instructions. Today asked if I could move/transfer my holiday to Tenerife for the same dates and was advised I would need to wait until 28 days prior to my departure in order to do get a refund.....I don't want a refund....I just want to rebook my holiday to a different country! I was then suprised to hear that my best option was to........ .......AWAIT MY REFUND AND BOOK MY HOLIDAY WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY...... WOW..... literally turning customers away!! So, I'll do just that....and I'll never use Loveholiday ever again!

The worst Travel Agency. I booked all inclusive holiday and airline has cancelled my flying. When I contacted them they said it's not their duty to deal with this and suggested to contact myself the airline to ask for refund. If I payed everything to Love Holiday why I should deal myself with airline??

After explaining I won't be able to take up my holiday in October due to long covid they still want a cancellation fee of £79 from me after already paying a deposit of £75, they told me to claim of my insurance company when I haven't arranged one yet - disgraceful behaviour

DO NOT USE this company worst ever!! I am unable to give zero review of I would have. This is the worst experience I have ever had from and 'holiday firm'. Rude and unhelpful customer service... thats if you get a response at all. Cannot get through on the phone and the chat is useless. Took 3 weeks for me to get a response via tye chat but the agent was ride and cut me off mid conversation, then I was back to the automatic response again. Not only was my 'flexible & fully refundable' holiday neither flexible OR refundable... they also challenged me cancellation fees AND admin fees to cancel, even though the holiday was still on the Amber list and I felt too risky. To add insult to injury the also tried to take the balance of my holiday even though they'd processed processed cancellation & admin fees!! Thankfully holiday have just changed my debit card!! As if all that wasn't bad enough a friend informed me they has walked past the accommodation I would be have been staying in and it is locked up and closed. I would have had nowhere to stay had I have gone!! Please do not use this awful company!!

Booked Kipriotis Hotel Kos for 5 adults and 3 children. Hotel closed due to covid. Alternative offered hand no facilities for kids, LH said it was a perfect second choice and I had to except it. I said I would rather have a refund, but all dialog is by email none of their telephone lines answer it is impossible to speak to anything other than a robot. LH would not assist with speaking to Jet2 who were equally uncontactable. Total money lost £1660. My advice to you is Please Please do not use LH for your hard earned vacation unless you can afford to loose everything if something changes or goes wrong.

My holiday had to cancelled because Ryanair moved my flight times which I was relieved about as it turns out the country ended up in red anyway. Loveholidays refunded the holiday part and withheld the flight money stating that they hadn’t received it back yet. After a month still nothing although Ryanair sent a email stating that it had left them to go to loveholidays. Loveholidays stated that they had issued a chargeback. Month later still nothing. Contacted citizens advice and they said quote package travel and linked travel arrangements regulation 2018, and funny enough they have now said I’ll have the refund in 14 days. Fingers crossed it’s worked

DO NOT TOUCH THIS BUNCH OF COWBOYS. THEY WILL TOTALLY RIP YOU OFF. THEY ONLY GIVE YOU SOME OF YOUR MONEY BACK. THEY ARE THE WORST HOLIDAY COMPANY EVER. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .

We booked our holiday 22/07/21 to travel to a green list country for my wife and I and our 17 year old daughter. My wife and I are fully vaccinated but as at the time of booking under 18 year olds weren’t being vaccinated in the UK my daughter wasn’t. As such, and from what I had read, I believed she would need a COVID test prior to travel and booked this accordingly. When completing the required passenger locator forms on 24/07/21 it became apparent that Malta was unique from other green list countries in that every person over 12 years old travelling to the country needs to be fully vaccinated. This of course meant my daughter could not travel with us. I accept that I had made a genuine mistake but on contacting Loveholidays they refused to help in any way. There was no option to amend any detail of the holiday and if I cancelled I would have lost everything. I’m genuinely struggling to comprehend how they can sell me a holiday knowing full well that my daughter was unable to take that holiday. To date Loveholidays have flatly refused to take any responsibility for the mis-selling of this holiday and there has been no offer of compensation.Loveholidays have replied to this review and said because the holiday has passed there is nothing they can do. Well this is a load of rubbish because we contacted them before we traveled and they refused to help us whatsoever. I have the screen shots as proof. They even said they would keep my money for free and I should try and claim it back through my insurance. They are criminals committing daylight robbery.

After being fobbed off regarding my refund i took this shower to the small claims court . Cost of execution was £60.00 which i was refunded when i recieved judgement in my favour( no brainer i would win ) The whole process is very simple and all done on line . Dont mess about raise a court claim.

Certainly will not be using loveholidays again. We cannot go to our destination due to restriction requirements and we’re getting charged £533 to cancel our booking? This is 50% of what we’ve paid for the holiday. To think a company is still running their policies like this during covid is embarrassing.

very bad compny dont use hard to get refund ,they take booking then airline change sedual all the time wait to manage my booking to chat and standard message you are in queing never get phone through,they never call you to resolve problem always been tricky to get cusomer money ,not recomended compny

ABSOLUTE DISGRACE OF A COMANY DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES This company locked us out of our online account and when you call their hotline contact number they hang up saying they are too busy to take the call at the moment. When trying to use the online chat there was 37 people in-front of us in the queue. Eventually after 2 days of trying to contact them we eventually managed to via telephone after calling at opening time one morning although this was still a 1 hour wait on hold. We wanted to change hotels- online listed as being a free amendment. When changing to the new hotel but keeping the same flights etc this EXACT deal we wanted was listed on their website for £550 cheaper. Senior management refused to price match online and said there was nothing they could do. They had also cancelled our other hotel by then. We could not be refunded for our flights we had booked and had already paid over £400 for this so to keep the flights and book the new hotel we were forced into paying the £550 extra or lose the whole deal all together and have no holiday. This is blatant theft and throughout dealing with this company we were met with nothing but disgusting customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Holiday was put back due to Covid, ok that's acceptable, flight was changed to different airport but was non refundable! This was not acceptable. Talked direct to British airways as the flight was still booked via "Lime" what ever that is! They told me they couldn't discuss as it was booked via an agent "Love holidays" I finally had to cancel the holiday due to my wife's I'll health. I asked Love holidays to contact British airways for a voucher or to change flight dates. I just got a message from Love holidays saying the holiday was cancelled and I would receive a refund for just the hotel less £158 for admin etc. No mention of the flights, I will try to talk to them again but think I will get no where. It would seem that there are two separate bookings one for hotel and one for flight, it's not a package. I will never use Love holidays again

Absolutely terrible experience we were put through by Love-holidays, arriving to be informed by a Spanish builder the hotel we booked with loveholidays.com had been closed since December 2020, After the bus driver dumbing us outside a locked gate, with no knowledge about any change to our holiday? Or what to do next? Left outside in the baking heat panicking & left wondering if i had been completely ripped off by loveholidays.com? (Booked July 22nd 2021, 2 days before our holiday) Never again will I risk booking with this company or risk booking a stay with a coral hotel company, after loveholidays blaming Coral hotels for miss-informing them about re-opening on July 22nd 2021? Later i was informed by another guest that they had the same issues one week before we arrived, again being informed the sister hotel was still closed and offered this hotel as a replacement (one week before they travelled) So, both Loveholidays & Coral ocean view Costa Adjei Knew the hotel was closed & would remain closed, way before we made this booking yet failed to inform me or give me any option of a full refund or change of holiday. Sat outside on a wall in 32c heat i send a message to Loveholidays about the matter, to be called back, stating on July 22nd when we booked loveholidays were told the hotel was reopen from that date? And sent us to a sister hotel 25 minutes away, when I asked the sister hotel (Coral Suites) About the closure they also confirmed the hotel had been closed Since December with no intension of reopening any time within this season? This had been confirmed by 2 different staff, one from each of the two hotels and confirmed from another guest who had made the same booking one week before our arrival date, But the other customer was offered the change 1 week before arriving? We were offered nothing and NOT informed until mid-way through our flight! The rude customer rep i spoke with on the phone to love holidays, replied why have you not listened to your voice mails about the matter? Because i was on a plane! 2+ hours in to our flight on the date of our holiday when you decided to let us know? You cant offer us an alternative 2 hours after our holiday has started! While on a Plaine with no point of contact! One weeks Parking paid for; A hotel stay in Manchester for 4 people the night before, Fuel & travel costs, Holiday insurance, Emergency return flights home? You offered nothing! Not even a full refund! Not only is it illegal to change our holiday without us being offered a full refund under the right to cancel act, you blatantly lied to me in the phone call stating it was fault of the original hotel for not telling your company the hotel had decided to remain closed?! I refused your option of transferring us to the sister hotel and requested a full holiday refund as you had failed to inform us in time before our holiday started and by doing this had broken the law under the customer consumer rights act. I was then called back and told I had no right to a refund as a i had already used the flight ticket to Tenerife and only qualify for a part refund covering the hotel booking itself. Had i known you were going to fob me off with a different hotel the day before our travel i would have requested a cancellation and full refund. Then you break the law a second time by saying I still dont have any rights to a full refund & I’m offered a part refund of £250? Which I still dont have to this day! Feeling forced by your company to take it or leave it? while stranded in Tenerife without warning, and being told i will lose a huge about of my original booking price paid should I decline this offer and be prompted checked out of the hotel by loveholidays.com This is blackmail, being left with no choice to accept this after arriving in Tenerife is illegal under UK law. I have taken a video interview of this being confirmed by hotel staff, about your lies including a statement from another guest confirming you knew about the hotel closures 5- days before i even made by booking, you will be held responsible for negligence through the small claims court. So, we tried to make the most of this forced holiday, the rest of our party that come with us were quite worried we would not have any return transfers? So once again i had to contact loveholidays about this... I was told it will be confirmed in email to me and reassured me we would not be left stranded again when it came to return transfer? With less than 24 hours until our return transfer and still no follow up email or any kind of confirmation.... I contacted them again through the previous message conversation and asked for an urgent reply! Now starting to panic again! Morning of check out still no reply and nothing at the hotels transfer boards confirming any return transfer? wondering if we would be left stranded again and forced to pay for a taxi to the airport? Yet again stress levels peaking and running the holiday for second time. Only the day after we arrived home could they be bothered to reply about our return transfers? Very rudely saying provide proof of taxi receipt and proof that i made every attempt to contact the transfer company we used? And they would look in to the matter? We booked transfers with YOU loveholidays.com through a complete holiday package jus the same as the hotel you illegally ripped us off with. Not a third-party company! What kind of trust, if any? Is this for customers and 2 criminal lying companies? You will not get away with this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…. They do not refund due to Covid despite website claims and have resigned from ABTA to avoid being legally liable for refunds. Many thousands of customers has lost hundreds if thousands pounds.

Liars … told me that I can change my flight due to Covid , trued and told no can’t by Veuling go through Love Holidays, back to love holidays and they said no it is not a package so nothing to do with us !! Can not get through by phone and live chat 3 times then get cut off after waiting over an hour … keep away from them
