"NEW" refrigerator looks old, refurbished or something. Paid 1000.00 dollars for something that looks used.

Weeks ago i went to east Asheville Lowes with a simple drawing of a kitchen with no windows. Only one person working but took my drawing and said he would send me a drawing. Several phone calls and weeks later someone finally answers phone. Never heard of me, no surprise there . I called numerous times and left messages,either didn't answer or return any calls. Someone else will get my business.

I bought a whole house generator in April, 2021 & was told that I would have it installed by June/July 2021. In June I was contacted & told the date of installation would be August. In August, Lowes called to say it would be November. One day in August a truck showed up with my generator. They did not even call to let me know. Fortunately, I was home but not prepared to put it anywhere. I finally had them put it where it would be installed. I asked the installation would happen & they said November. I kept calling the installer & Lowes and nobody knew what was going on. I got so many excuses from both sides. Here it is Almost a year & it is still not completely installed. I have been lied to by the electrical company & Lowes. I was also supposed ti receive a small generator for installing the 22Kw generator but I’m told that the date has expired for that offer. I’ll never use Lowes for any installation ever again! I’m wondering if I’ll ever get my generator installed.

The installer never showed up, on March 14, 2022 and rescheduled and still didn’t show up on March 16, 2022 with no call, Text or email

I bought an icemaker form Lowes in November of 2018, along with a 5 year warranty. In late December of 2022 the ice maker ceased making ice and I called the helpline for the protection plan. Service was scheduled for Jan 5th and the service provider was prompt and very professional. An issue was diagnosed and a part was ordered. 14 business days after the part was ordered it had still not shipped. I called back and was told it would ship on Feb 17th. Here we are on Feb 25th and the part has still not shipped and Lowes is telling me I need to wait another 14 working days until they can tell me what is going on. While I will say that everyone I have spoken to has been professional and I feel they have genuinely wanted to help, there is no way for me to escalate this issue so it can be resolved in a timely manner. I am beyond frustrated and do not plan on doing any shopping with Lowes in the future. To me, the lack of focus on achieving delivery dates promised to a customer, not once but multiple times in this instance, show a lack of regard for customers in general. Looks like I'll be doing my hardware/appliance shopping elsewhere.

I am so thankful, for the experience I had at Lowes. I went in to the store looking for several items we were planning to purchase water heater, shower and sink and drawers for our restroom. We just refinance our house to remodel it. Our first project is the restroom but planning to do the whole house. I ask one of the employees for help in cutting a piece of glass for me. The customer quickly dismissed me by telling me their was a button in the desk. I assured the employee I had looked for a service button but there was not one in the work station. I ask the employee if he could call one else to help. He said he did not have a phone. I asked the employee if he could ask some to come and help me. He walked way saying as soon as I get my phone. No one ever showed up to help us. I ask what look like to be two managers for help. One of the manger yelled down one of the aisle at a two other employees and ask them to come and help. But the manager walked away without even make sure we got help. The two employees walked out of the aisle and began helping an other customer and then turned and asked us of we had a question (not in the most polite way) we told the employee what we needed and she said she could not cut glass but she could cut for us a piece of plexiglass. I left the store. I will never be back to Lowes again. After come home to review all the negative comments online I glade this happened before spending any money. I will just take my business elsewhere.

Bought a front door from Lowes. Exterior is blue and interior is white but the interior trim is blue! Who wants a two tone door? They say I have to paint it. Ridiculous customer service.

Lowes customer service is horrible both at the store level, and the corporate level - incredibly incompetent! I will never shop there again.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORE , EXPERIENCE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES... I WENT IN TO BUY A DEADBOLT AND HAVE IT KEYED TO MATCH MY EXISTING. LONG STORY SHORT I LEFT THE STORE (UNBEKNOWNST) TO ME WITH AN UNKEYED DEADBOLT AND MISSING MY HOUSE KEYS !!! CALLED THE STORE ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR ... ABOUT AN HOUR ON THE PHONE. THEN I CALLED THE CORPORATE COMPLAINT LINE...WELL APPARENTLY THEY DID NOT DO THERE JOB . MY WIFE RETURNED TODAY TO GET O U R HOUSE KEY , AND SURPRISE SURPRISE... NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT IT !!! CALLED COMPLAINT LINE AGAIN AND THE GUY WAS COMPLETELY DISMISSIVE !!!! THE ENTIRE ORGANIZATION IS A COMPLETE JOKE...ONLY IT'S NOT VERY FUNNY !!! I WARN ⚠️ THE ENTIRE PUBLIC TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THERE IS SO MUCH MORE ABOUT THIS VISIT THAT WAS ALMOST AS BAD , WOULD RATHER NOT DO THAT MUCH TYPING...

Terrible experience with Lowe's and not my first with them. Ordered patio furniture on 5/21/21 for $1,694.94 with delivery date of 5/31. It was not received and I was not contacted by Lowe's so i contacted them late on 6/1. They advised new delivery date of 6/3. Not received on 6/3. On 6/4 I receive call from a trucking company saying they deliver on 6/8, 6/9, or 6/10 and i must be home between 10:00am and 2:00pm. When i asked my options for alternate delivery times i was told the option was to cancel order. I called Lowe's customer service number, and got ZERO customer service. Rather than attempt to help me with delivery, their first and only action was to cancel the order and tell me i must wait 21 days for refund because they have to receive merchandise back. I balked at 21 day wait for refund on merchandise i did not receive on either promised date, and with unreasonable trucking companybterms. Lowe's advised me to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. That was their solution! Wow....no help at all throughout entire process.

Not really geared to help with COVID. In my state, Lowes employees often do not wear mask and do not practice social distancing. Of course does not matter to many but of all the big box retailers my Lowe's fails on this more than anywhere else I shop.

Special ordered products over a month ago..still dont have the products..call customer care and stay on hold for 55 mins to over an hour. Manager was supposed to call over a week ago and still nothing. Never shopping here again

The Lowe’s in Steubenville Ohio is totally ridiculous. Asked for assistance in ceramic tile and waited for a half hour no one came. Ended up getting the stuff ourselves. Then we needed assistance with a forklift to get cement board down and have been waiting for an hour and still waiting as I’m writing this review. They have employees that we can see and literally no one is coming to do anything. Really disappointed in the service and they need to get their stuff together. I understand they don’t want everyone that works here to know how to run a forklift but if they did we wouldn’t of waited for over an hour.

Was told how installation would happen which it never did. When finished toilet bowl was left in middle of floor not reinstalled Called 4 times all replies will call back ,never did

Installation of new bathroom: Vanity started getting cracks in finish within 2 weeks of installation. Parts only took 5 months to replace. The new parts also started cracking. They do not back up their products & will only replace the parts again. Also, work stopped during the renovation, because the contractor disappeared for NINTEEN DAYS & could not be contacted. Had to get an electrician after work was completed because the lighting was improperly connected. If you want to feel stupid, it's easy with LOWES.
