Dear Mr/Ms, Hope this email finds you well. Would like to thank you for your email and caring about my feedback. Lozuri website was suggested by lyst app and I managed to check to find a decent variety of items on the website which was amazing. The website was accessible and user friendly. The only feedback noted was that the delivery timing was slightly extended between the time I placed my order and the time I received the tracking info for which I had to send an email to follow up on the tracking. But the customer service were upfront on the case to solve the problem. Wish to continue dealing with LOZURI. Best wishes, Sam

I got two items on Lozuri, and I was really satisfied with my purchase! I am giving 4 stars though as reaching out to customer service took quite some time, I have initiated a return as of 10/25 and have not heard back yet!

I loved the speed of the delivery. The purse is fine but doesn't suit my taste so I'm attempting to start a return. However, the return process is taking a very long time. I got an email saying they will "generate a return label" for me but it's been a week now and every time I ask about it, they say it will come soon. I've never had a company take so long to have me start the return process.
