“Perfect experience! Love the Celine Nano Luggage bags and was looking for a pastel color. Found the Jade on LOZURI at a great price. Was a bit hesitant to order as have not bought from LOZURI before but the buying experience was easy, shipping was quick and the handbag is beautiful. Looking forward to purchasing from LOZURI again!”

“Very surprised. Had low expectations. But I bought a bag. Appeared legit. Slow-ish delivery but that’s ok. Save a few $$. Got a dust bag. No box. I’d use Lozuri again.”

“I am so pleased to have found Lozuri!! The customer service was fantastic!! There was a discrepancy on the website regarding the listing and the actual item, and they quickly looked into the situation and corrected the issue. The representative was so helpful and went out of her way to return my call and respond via chat. I am very impressed with them and will use them again for certain.”

“I saw a bag that I had been eyeing at a discounted price on Lozuri. I was very hesitant to purchase at first as there haven’t been many reviews on social media nor friends who have purchased in the past. I believe this company is fairly new (2022?) so perhaps that’s why I haven’t heard much feedback. However, the customer service was exceptional and both Annaly and Rob answered all my questions and even sent requested photos of the bag before it was delivered from Spain. The item arrived in new, excellent condition and through DHL delivery I was able to track the item which arrived in a timely manner and required a signature. The only concern was the short window period we have to return the item as well as the restocking fee. Overall it was a great experience and I will consider purchasing again for future luxury items. Please keep up with the prompt and friendly customer service!”

“I had my eyes on the FW23 collection but couldn't talk myself into getting the bag until I came up empty handed in a recent trip to Spain -- both Loewe locations at Valencia and Barcelona no longer had the item in stock. I am so pleased to find that Lozuri and its network of boutiques and sellers had ONE left in inventory. The item shipped on the 5th business day after the purchase -- as promised, and it arrived in a Loewe dust bag, with the care book and paper certification. I've been slinging this bag with all my work and everyday items around ever since.”

“I was incredibly skeptical placing my order, but after a very detailed authentication process, I am excited to have a Chloe Woody from Lozuri. I appreciated the constant communication regarding updates, which for me is the driving force of repeat clientele. Shipping was beyond timely as I got my order 3 days before it was set to arrive- with signature confirmation for added security. I will be purchasing from Lozuri again AND telling all my friends.”

“I was nervous about the shipping because it didn’t ship until 3 days after purchase however my bag came about a week after purchasing. The bag was in pristine condition and came with an authenticity card and dust bag. Very happy with the service and product. Will be back to see what other items I can purchase from this site.”

“Overall, great experience! I found a bag I had been eyeing all season on Lozuri for $1000 less than retail. I forgot to use a first time use code, submitted a case, and my discount was refunded to me no questions asked! Great service! Be patient as my order did take the full 5 days until I got my tracking number, and I received my bag a little over the 10 day estimate. However, the bag is perfect! Would definitely recommend this site!”
