“We chose the Painswick Glacier Oak 150x600 Herringbone style flooring. After looking at many different floors and colours. The images on the website do not do this floor justice its looks excellent and feels lovely underfoot. Service was second to none with ordering and delivery. When the flooring arrived we noticed some of the boxes had a bit of damage and the corners on the actual flooring were chipped. Luxury floorings were quick to react and after a phone call and a few images sent by email we had the replacement boxes delivered within a couple of working days. “Originally I did order from another company but after already waiting a month for my order they failed to deliver when they said they would and I had to chase them to find out of they were going to get the floor back in stock.
Unfortunately they weren't able to fulfil my order, so I did some googling for somewhere to purchase the same floor. I found Luxury flooring and gave them a call. They had what I needed in stock, sent me an online quote.
They man I spoke to was really helpful and as I now needed the floor quickly, I was able to get next day delivery. The floor was delivered early morning which meant we could get started right away as it was the only diy left to do.

“Good quality flooring for the best price, quickly delivered samples as well as the flooring itself. My only tiny problem was with the glue that they sell for use with the flooring. It does not have any instructions how to apply it, had to look around online and work it out myself which was a bit annoying, that info should be on the tin.”

“The flooring my wife and I ordered was absolutely fantastic. I arranged to first receive some flooring samples which all came quickly (and free of charge - not even any postage to pay - brilliant!). We boiled our selection down to 2 possible choices. The 1st one was very popular, so there was limited stock (not enough for our floor at the time we were ordering), but plenty of stock for the 2nd product (Hutton Barley Oak) which we also loved. The delivery process was simple - the delivery came on time and securely mounted on a pallet.”
