Originally I did order from another company but after already waiting a month for my order they failed to deliver when they said they would and I had to chase them to find out of they were going to get the floor back in stock. Unfortunately they weren't able to fulfil my order, so I did some googling for somewhere to purchase the same floor. I found Luxury flooring and gave them a call. They had what I needed in stock, sent me an online quote. They man I spoke to was really helpful and as I now needed the floor quickly, I was able to get next day delivery. The floor was delivered early morning which meant we could get started right away as it was the only diy left to do. Really pleased with the service and will definitely use again
