“Fabulous looking floor. Selected Polyflor Camaro White Limed Oak and had it laid 2 planks wide with a contrast strip between the 2 planks. So pleased with the result. So far so good with the wear and tear, though we have made sure we have replacement planks .. just in case”

“Don't bother doing business with this company. I ordered flooring from them through the website and paid £45 for next working day delivery (Tuesday). Spoke with two salespeople on the Saturday to confirm the order and was told it was in stock in the warehouse ready to ship. Had to call again today as there was no delivery info and was told by another person that the product was sold out and I had to wait until 21 November for the next batch. Either their salespeople lie to the customers to try and keep their money or their system isn't working so you end up ordering flooring and planning a fitting job for a product that isn't actually in stock - and you have to call to find out why the product you paid for hasn't been delivered. Pathetic service.”
“Ordered 34m2 of The Brimham Bramble Solid Oak 150 x 18mm the quality was really good and I had very little wastage. Easy to fit/glue down and looks absolutely fabulous now the fitting is complete. Excellent flooring and sold at a good price. Customer Service was good too and delivery was when promised. Would recommend Luxury Flooring and I would certainly buy from them again.”
“From the outset of ordering free samples in the post - which arrived extremely quickly - through initial contact with Josh the salesman and working out how much LG luxury Vinyl tile we needed through the expertly packaged pallet arriving - with zero damage, and a lot of care and attention to the corners of the flooring boxes plus extra tape on the adhesive lid, was completely flawless throughout. 30m2 took me 2 days to fit, as a gifted amateur and I would highly recommend them. All of this was over the difficult COVID period, with no delays at all.”

Fitting was a piece of cake. Slow and steady, making sure that each joint is in (at an angle) before lowering it into place with a click (the short ends click into place).

“I am refurbishing a house I moved into 12 months ago. I selected a number of free samples for both kitchen/diner and lounge. Samples arrived surprisingly quickly by post. Ordered 'Rocky Slate' for the Kitchen but unfortunately it was out of stock and was told they couldn't give a date for when it would be available again. So I went with my second choice 'Sterling Slate' which was far lighter in colour. The floor is now down and looks great. The whole room looks larger, fresher and brighter. When I move things around again and clear some room I will be ordering for the lounge.”
