“Everything apart from the shopping experience was exceptional. I found the switch from DHL to Australia Post frustrating given how much longer I needed to wait for the package to arrive (usually was here in 2-3 days). A shame to not be able to select the option to pay for faster delivery which I would have opted for.”

“I had to return a jersey that didn't fit (I had ordered the wrong size by accident). The returns process was OK, the frustrating part was that I tried to contact MAAP as soon as I had realised my mistake but couldn't. The order shipped later next day I think, but I wasn't able to change it before it shipped. If MAAP has 1H hold period from ordre placement to processing that could help avoid situations like this.”

“Unbelievable slowest shipping i've ever seen. 2 weeks from west coast to east coast. When my bibs finally arrived they were the wrong size that I had ordered(bag marked "Small" with "Medium" bibs inside).Now they had to be returned and re-ordered. Even with "EXPRESS" 2-day shipping it took about a week the receive the correct size bibs. I love the clothing but don't hold your breath waiting for them.”

“I recently purchased one of the training kits. The kit arrived only days after placing my order. The training kit is what I believe is a good combination of quality and value. I prefer the cut and materials in the training kit. MAAP products are quality however MAAP does draw criticism for price and yes we all would like the product to be cheaper and there are other brands that cater to a lower price point. I believe MAAP is one of the leaders in design and performance and these things usually don’t come cheap. The training kit looks great and functions superbly.”
