“Gear is always good. The sizing is a little crazy. I'm a large in everything, but in Maap i need to buy XXL, or XL for skin tight. I would also ask for a regular shipping option. I don't need to pay $20 for express, it has actually prevented a few sale purchases.”

“Great quality kit and super fast delivery. A little on the pricier side, but if you can snag your size in a sale, don't snooze on it. My one gripe is that none of the gilets have rear pockets, which makes fueling on rides a bit of a challenge. This is especially annoying in winter when you've got gloves on, and as a small female there's not a lot of back real estate anyway. So in essence, we want more pockets, so we can fuel more, so we can ride longer.”

“Ordering was good, efficient and very straightforward. Customer service however needs A LOT OF WORK. Initially I sent a first message to Customer Support to inquire about ordered package weight and dimensions. After several days waiting without a response, I ordered my items already. After I ordered my items I found out that I made a mistake with the size of the bib shorts I ordered. I immediately messaged customer support again to correct this. I used the form in the website and even left messages on Whatsapp. No response. I eventually received an email response (from Ciara) for my FIRST email - which was basically irrelevant at that point. After receiving this email, I also received TWO emails requesting ratings for my experience with MAAP Customer Support. This meant that Customer Support closed BOTH my inquiries. This was such a disappointment since I really wanted feedback for my SECOND email. I was hoping that I could exchange the size of my bib shorts before the order was shipped. I replied to Ciara’s email to discuss about this and after another long wait she responded that I need to do the exchange process already. NOBODY RESPONDED FROM YOUR LIVE CHAT. My experience with your customer service is extremely poor and I doubt that I will be ordering from your Company again.”

“I have been wearing MAAP since 2021. Although I’d to try the brands, I always go back to MAAP because of their good workmanship, customer service and design. However, the prices have been creeping upwards over the recent years. And I’m begin to ask myself whether the price of MAAP is worth it.”

“I took advantage of a Strava challenge to secure a discount, everything on the website worked smoothly. Dispatch was prompt and when I was unsure about delivery the web enquiry system was also great. Overall MAAP appear to be a great company to interact with, the gear is pretty good too!”
