“I contacted your support team a couple of times about the delivery of an incomplete order and they processed a refund straight away. I got a second response to an enquiry about when an item would be back in stock and got a good and real person response. Very happy with my experience managing when things don’t go according to plan.”

“I am new to cycling and so I have been finding apparel that suits and hands down, with the five brands I have so far bought, MAAP is the best and obviously my favourite. It is dearer than the other brands. Wish it was slightly cheaper. 😊 Nut cannot fault it - fabric and stitch - A+. I wish more “toned down” jersey styles and colours though.”

“The recent experience was rather disappointing, i was issued with a promo code MAAP106CT8FW9M on 9th November but upon checkout, it was shown as invalid. Same issue goes for the previous Strava Alts Space challenge which i have completed, invalid code as well. Hence til now i have not purchased due to this issue.”

“The quality of MAAP's cycling apparel is outstanding. The materials feel durable yet comfortable, and the fit was perfect for my rides - except the rear jersey pockets are too high. You need to be a contortionist to get things from the pockets. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the design, from the breathability to the stylish aesthetics.”

“I love the quality of MAAP products. The braid range of colours means I can choose mix and match for seasonal and activity changes and retain my preferred style. The range of different pad thickness in shorts is fantastic. I just wish your fitted tops fit my curves. I have a proportionally small waist (though I am a L-XL in your fitted tops) and everything rides up. The off road bike gear is a good compromise. I am a M-L in that kit. Can’t bring myself to buy from other brands. I am hooked. Good kit that looks great on my unfit body has inspired me to get back on my bike again after a break.”
