“I will be reluctant to buy from MAAP again. Not happy that a fellow Australian brand would charge 20 for express shipping (not give an option for standard shipping) and also the free shipping quota is ridiculously high at 250. The most out of all other Australian cycling brands like PM, Black sheep etc. and even more than international brands like Rapha. My order also came in 7 days upon purchase so not sure how this is express shipping. MAAP should listen and reward its loyal customers as opposed to finding more 'creative' ways to take there money. The product itself is good and hence two stars!”

“I went to the shop to buy a gift voucher for a friend's birthday and gloves for myself. The gift voucher experience was clumsy and for a $200 voucher I had to buy 2 x $100 vouchers which were emailed to me. I nice traditional type printed voucher that I could have handed to my friend would have been better. The glove range was limited and the gloves that I came away with were not very pleasing.”

“Had trouble with the sizing function on the website (wouldn’t work initially with chrome browser). Sizing in body chest and arms is good but garment length (jersey) is a little short, pockets quite high to reach into.”
