“I bought a new jersey. But It doesn't look new product at all. 'Women's emblem pro lilac ash color.' This jersey has quite many wrinkled and strong smell of laundry soap. And backside fabric and stitch is gone. Zipper line is losen. I find it gets dirty. It doesn't look new one at all. It has many signs someone used it and washed it SEVERAL TIMES!!! Please look at the pics as below. It's absolutely ridiculous!! I am in Korea and maap does not shipping directly here, so the exchange or refund process is very difficult to me. I am asking refund or credit for the same amount for the product.”

“A good experience! Easy to navigate the website with the all the information and pictures needed to make a decision on what to purchase. Quick delivery and a simple return process for an item that didn’t fit. I’m just a commuter cyclist so not into the racing, training side of cycling but have still found plenty of items that are suited to a more casual ride and rider :) Thanks!”
