“I got 2 of motion shorts. Build quality and fit is surprisingly high with good tech materials. Size was perfect based on guide. I wish it was more atheletic cut but for the price, its very good value. High recommended. I will buy more stuff from MAAP in future.”

“I wanted to change the color of jersey and bib and the size. Therefore, I wrote an email and received a general answer that I should follow the return process. I had done that before and ask ny question a second time. I received an standard answer later! My third email was answered with the statement that they are very sorry but the package has been dispatched. From my point of view is that a bad customer service.”

“I think it's unfair you can't get a free return on an item of clothing. I get that it was in the sale but you've not lost anything by allowing free returns. All that does is make me less likely to buy something online when I'm not 100% sure as I don't want to avoid a fee. I've never owned maap clothing and didn't realise those socks would be so thick, hence why I'm sending them back. Shame that I can't just swap them for a different pair.”

“The online shopping experience was very good as always, however the garment (jersey) came with a few minor blemishes consisting of slight marks on the fabric (probably from the packaging process). Not a big deal but not great nonetheless.”

“I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the two jerseys I recently purchased. They aren’t at all the same quality as the other two I have. Both are see through and fits very differently. Almost Seems like these new ones are knock offs from the real MAAP!!”

“Bought the Alt road bibs - they fit super long in the legs…purple colour shows up the sweat so beware!!! The chamois is good, and materials tight. Good straps.”

“Shipment to Canada was reasonable through DHL. But beware of high Import Duty, Tax and DHL service fees $94.62 Canadian, the order is for 2 jerseys $262.40 Aud I already paid an AUD $45 shipping fee. Ouch!! DHL ??”

“Beautiful quality. sizing of bib shorts too small around the thighs for my build and should be included in the size chart guide. For cyclists ordering online this is particularly helpful”

“I’ve always been happy with Maap products and customer service. One thing that you need to improve is your stock allocation/availability. Bought the products and a couple of days later, you said they’re out of stock. It happened 2-3 times. But overall I’m happy with the products and customer service.”
