“I've had a fair bit of cycling kit over the past few years. Yes you pay a premium for MAAP, but you get a premium product and premium service. Even better if you can wait for sale time!”

“Excellent online ordering process and even better returns process. Product is excellent quality, however the size charts just don't seem to be right. I have had 2 attempts now and have had to settle for a XXL sizing fitting which will hopefully meet my needs after my latest return. I was very particular about taking body measurments but they are just not correct with your jersey sizes. Also the gloves chart size is not clear and needs some update”

“Maap is extremely good quality but that comes with a price. Despite what is said on their website they accept free returns and they refund the money to your bank account.”

“I received a gift voucher for my birthday and the only way to redeem it isvia the online shopping portal. This is extremely frustrating: on line shopping is great if you know exactly what you want, but mostly people like to see the article before purchasing.. touch and feel and fit to make sure the sizing is correct etc. So in this instance I still went to shop but couldn't buy anything... neither could I do a "click and collect" - even though the store had what I wanted to purchase and in my size. In my opinion this is an archaic shopping experience ... further exasperated by me having to go home and order on line (when I could have picked up from the store) and then on top of it all, I had to pay a delivery fee... grrrr so no, not a great experience. Thankfully the actual articles are great”

“I love the clothing at MAAP but unfortunately found the sizing a little bit inconsistent with different jerseys . I bought one pro jersey that was small and a great fit and another one that was a small that was too loose . They do offer a returns policy but no exchanging for the same size policy which makes it a bit hard for me to know which size I should buy . Otherwise, great clothing !”

“MAAP Gift Cards were a great Christmas gift for the other cyclist in our family. Once I found them on the site, purchasing and delivery of the e-Gift card was simple. Would’ve been great to be able to have a more personalised message on the card. Recommend and would buy again.”

“Product is excellent as always. 183cm, 76kg. Size large in summer jerseys is a good race fit. Nice to see a zipper pocket appearing on some models. Should have been there all along though.”
