“Gloves works great. Great grip Shock absorber works well too. The pad have precise size so still have good feeling when hold the handlebar but still make bumpy road less fatigue”

“Great service provided in store although the products I wanted were only available online. Wanted to check sizing and staff were very helpful to provide same product in different colour which could try. Felt bad that I then jumped online to make the purchase and their efforts to help with the sale wouldn’t be evident”

“Not incredibly great - feeling a disappointed in the quality of the jersey I bought with the bottom of the fabric near the zap coming undone after a couple of wears. Some staff are also a bit standoffish/rude at times.”

“No direct shipping to Ukraine. I need to return an item now, but it costs extra money. Shipping intermediate service from Europe to Ukraine costs extra money and extra time. Slow support. Mostly good products though, but pricey. Strava discount codes expire too quick, can't use them on many items this year for some reason. Terms are not buyer friendly. Return process is frustrating and not very clear, too much time spent on this.”

“I've had zero issues with any of my kit or with purchasing online. Very satisfied. I also won a trip on MAAP and Zwift to Australia which was amazing and such a good time! So I am very happy with the brand and highly recommend for it's quality and community leadership”
