“Ive said this before I think "It’s funny because the barrier to entry for your brand isn’t price. A lot of us bigger athletes who are hybrid across sports actually think the price is affordable. The issue is the fit and sizing. That’s what keeps many of us out of the brand. I’m looking forward to the day you allocate stock and designs for riders with bigger shoulders and chests. I keep noticing your larger sizes sell out first, so it feels like there’s clear demand there already. I haven’t made the leap yet, but I keep seeing discussions in forums and groups where people are moving to the Chinese replicas simply because they offer larger sizing in the same designs, and apparently the copies are getting pretty good. I’m not there yet, but if sizing doesn’t increase, I might end up joining the others who are recommending it. I’d genuinely love to buy the real thing, but the fit is the barrier, not the price." In adding to that, I can see a world where MAAP keeps on the road its on and it may end up eating itself like other businesses in similar growth curves have.”

“The staff are brilliant. The moment you walk into the Sydney store you feel at ease. The team are knowledgeable and friendly. The kit is my favorite amongst all the brands out there. It feels really good cycling in the MAAP kit. It is modern and fresh.”

“Overall, I had a great experience with MAAP. The kit looks amazing, fits perfectly, and the quality feels premium. Shipping was smooth and everything arrived quickly. The only small issue was that my jersey arrived with a slight pulled thread/snag that caused a tiny stretch in the fabric. Aside from that, I absolutely love the kit and would still order again.”

“Your service was exellent. While my warranty return was a little slow, I appreciate the support you have provided. The only suggestion I could give would be to set some expectations around turn around time for a warranty review, average turn around time plus 3-4 days would be fine. This would mean you will likely meet expectations as long as the distrubtion isn't too wide :)”
