“Wanted to get a maap kit for ages. Just bought one and found the sizing quite wrong and confusing and can’t even swap it out for the right size. Communication is difficult, hard to return. Totally put off buying again. Disappointed.”

“Im writing this for my bike mad husband. He said two things that stood out. The first is that it’s expensive so he was stoked to buy on sale. The second was how great it fit him. He is verrry fussy. Sleeve length and something about doodles made a mention. So I made him put the bloody size in his notes so he can ask for vouchers for his birthday etc. To sum up he seems very happy…. at last.”

“Best kit on the market, you make it easy to shop, return & engage if there’s an issues with the order. Too many Marketing e-mails sent though. Slow it down a bit & I will stop deleting them.”

“A fabulous jacket. The pictures don't do it justice. It is beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. It fits like a glove and the material feels gorgeous. I bought it to replace an aging goretex jacket that was no longer fully waterproof. I couldnt be happier.”

“I usually wear an L and I ordered an XL and it still seems to be very tight! with most other bike wear sizing, the XL is just right for me with some wiggle room.”

“I’ve been an avid customer of MAAP since 2020 and I’m disappointed to say I’ve seen a gradual decline in quality of products and customer service since then. I bought some bib shorts around 3 years ago that to this day are still going strong. However last year when I got some new kit the bib shorts starting falling apart after just 9 months. Not to mention a lack of customer service when it comes to orders not being able to be fulfilled. I can genuinely say that it is not befitting of the high value price tag that Maap positions its products. It’s is a shame as I believe if MAAP rectified its QA and Customer Service model, the brand would be very competitive.”

“Mapp site is great. I like the size filters. Delivery was fast and I liked the access to the pre Black Friday sale. I got a discount code (10% off) after I made a purchase which was a little annoying to be honest. I would have only purchased 1 jersey then got a second one on further discount if I had of known. I know the intention was good but it was a little annoying.”
