“Had trouble with the sizing function on the website (wouldn’t work initially with chrome browser). Sizing in body chest and arms is good but garment length (jersey) is a little short, pockets quite high to reach into.”

“The actual size of Women's Alt_Road Ride Tee 3.0 and Women's Alt_Road Ride LS Tee 2.0 are much bigger than the same size of Women's Prime Jacket or Women's Alt_Road Thermal Vest. Too bad.”

“Very good quality product, will certainly buy again. However, product is significantly smaller than comparable products from brands with the same sizing charts. Will need to buy a size up from MAAP in future.”

“Fast shipping. Quality materials. Fit is a little weird with incredibly long arms relative to the torso that I've never experienced with any other brand. I have to roll up the sleeves as a result. Otherwise, it's a great thermal jersey that had me toasty the other night riding in 16 degree C weather with no other top layers.”

“Got my winter gloves replaced under warranty. This was a smooth process. But the shipping was not covered. As you cannot use a warranty voucher at the lab shipping should be covered”

“Love the l/s jersey and socks; I'm on cusp bestween XS and S and EVO bibs better in S; bottom gripper is tight and has unflattering sausage effect on legs Note to Canadian customers that I was charged an extra 35% for taxes, customs and duties when packaged arrived from Australia. Better to purchase in Canada at full price”

“I love MAAP and all the products I own. They are durable, made with love and from fantastic, well chosen materials. One thing I find challenging however, is the sizing across the different products. My Alt_Road Anorak is an L, my Alt_Road Tee’s are in XL, and my vest is an XXL. I find this to be mildly confusing at times and found it non-inclusive for new riders and first time shoppers at MAAP. I would find shopping here and selecting products a lot easier if the sizing was more consistent and made a bit more sense. Aside from this I have nothing but positive things to say about my customer experience and my MAAP products”
