“My recent experience was very mixed. I was trying to gain information about an up-comimg release. I called the customer service number 3 times, left a message each time and not one of the calls was returned or responded to. I tried using live chat twice and neither time was there any response. I asked a few qustions via email but received evasive replies. Very frustrating! I was finally able to order the item I was after. My experience improved from here. The item arrived next day, which was very impressive. The product is great, although I haven't worn it yet. I must say all emails I sent were responded to quickly. I'm suitably happy and will most likely purchase again.”
