“I’ve been so pleased with my coaching experience thus far! At first, I wondered how it would work remotely as I had an in-person trainer in the past. I feel that it’s going very well and we’re a good fit! It doesn’t even feel remote, to be honest.
She pushes me, encourages me, gives me tips for tricky situations, holds me accountable, sends weekly emails of info, is available by chat or email, and loves on me when I’m hard on my self.
The workouts she gives are comprehensive and take into account what our gym has for equipment and what we want, as well. There are how-to videos for each exercise and I can also send her videos of me doing it for critiques and help. I’m making great progress in the gym!
Hiring a coach is a great way to be held accountable and have someone who understands exactly what I’m going through! I’m four months into my six month contract and will renew. I’ve lost 33 lbs so far with 10-20 more to go.”
“When I signed up for coaching, I was 9 months postpartum. I had gotten down to 137 pounds after having my daughter. (Pre-pregnancy weight was around 130). After weaning from breastfeeding at 6 months, I started to gain the weight back again. I was around 147/148 when I signed up for coaching at that 9 month PP mark. I am now down to around 136 pounds. My coach Viktorija is absolutely amazing. When I first signed up for coaching and answered the questionnaire to be paired with a coach, I stated that I would like a ‘drill sergeant’ type coach. I truly felt I was motivated by that type of personality. ‘Tough love’ ya know? Wrong. Viktorija is the opposite of what I thought I needed. She is so incredibly sweet and forgiving yet somehow knows the right words to use to still give that push and motivation when you need it. Through all the ups and downs over the last 3 months, there were many times I viewed the glass half empty. My coach was there to show me it was half full. I signed up for full coaching but to be honest, have struggled a lot with getting the workouts in so my main focus has been nutrition and I have still made a ton of progress in my opinion. I am 6 pounds away from pre-pregnancy weight but I feel my body looks so different than it did at that time. I have become mentally stronger and my relationship with food is continuing to improve each week. I was the one that had to put in the work over the last 3 months but Viktorija’s coaching and support is directly related to my success.”
