“I always like makari products very and it does good for my skin. But the problem is international transport charges are high and when it comes in Tanzania customer duties also are very very. I don't know how can I do”

“I am a very satisfied customer of Makari. However, I believe makari should reconsider its distributors in Sri Lanka as it has always been a struggle to purchase Makari products from its Sri Lankan distributor (hence why I always buy the products directly via the website although it’s very expensive for me to pay shipping charges + clearance charges etc. )”

“Been shopping with Makari for a long time and bought a product that I have been buying for years now. This time the product was different, it smelled very bad and broke my face out. I thought either the content had changed or the product had gone bad. Since I have always bought the product and knew what it was like, I reached out to have it returned and my issue wasn’t addressed at all. Your website says you offer people alternatives when they are not satisfied with a product and that you try to resolve the issue. I wasn’t given any alternatives or information about whether the product changed. I was just told to ship out the product to an address and that Makari won’t pay for shipping (for a product that I already paid to ship to me and turned out bad). I was dished with short half-assed answers to my questions. Very disappointing to say the least and makes me never want to shop with Makari again.”

“All the product that i have purchased so far work so well for me. Makati product is top a line and it does what it says it will do. I'm amazed by how these product work for me. I can categorically say that I will be be using Makati products for a long time to come. I have since used the soap, botanical body oil and I have also used the Duopack. They have never failed me. Thank you Makati.”
